Villa Kulla in Central Kalkan, Private pool

Villa Kulla is in an enviable position central to the centre of Kalkan, yet also at the end of a cul-de-sac position, so quiet and undisturbed. You are literally a 2 minute walk from the fabulous sophisticated Kalkan centre with all the restaurants and shops. With a good sized private swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sunbathing terraces, a table tennis table, and choice of al-fresco dining areas. The villa can easily accommodates a maximum of 9 people in 4 bedrooms plus a camp bed.

The villa has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday, such as a safe, mosquito screens on the windows, full air conditioning throughout, plenty of comfy areas outside hence the bean bags, sofa and chairs, and sunbeds. For families with small children or babies, there is also have a cot and high chair. To keep the kids entertained (young and old), there is an Xbox, free wi-fi, plus a selection of books if you run out.

The ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. Plus, separate guest Wc
The living area has enough seating to comfortably seat 8 people and includes Large flat screen satellite TV. Free wi-fi, Xbox with games, DVD player and films Books. Large floor to ceiling glass doors leads directly on to the pool terrace
The spacious kitchen area is fully equipped and includes large fridge freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven and hob

First Floor
The first floor has two bedrooms and separate family bathroom with shower

Second Floor
The second floor has a double en-suite sea view bedroom, plus access to a further floor housing the attic style master en-suite double bedroom with bags of space and large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views, where you can see the Old Town and harbour.
