The stone property dates back to the 1700s and is surrounded by a large olive grove, and a beautiful lawn which includes the relax area and the swimming pool, 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.2-1.5 metres, an outdoor shower, Jacuzzi (3 metres by 3), a furnished gazebo, a loggia with a table perfect for outdoor breakfasts, a stonework barbecue and a ping pong table. Guests can also use the fitness room. All the outdoor areas are well-kept and use an automated irrigation system. Parking within the property.Interior
The stone house has been completely restored whilst maintaining its original charm: the rustic characteristics, such as the old cotto flooring and the wood beams on the ceilings have been preserved. The electric and water facilities are quite new, as is the air conditioning. The ground floor features a large, bright living room with satellite TV and fireplace, separated from the dining room with an arch, with direct access to the terrace which has a large table, ideal for outdoor meals with a view, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 beds adjoining with one double bedroom, both with air conditioning, one bathroom with bathtub. Important information
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are available from May 1st to September 30th. Access to the property via 2 km of gravel road. The gardener and pool cleaner will be at the property, normally early in the morning or at other times to be agreed upon, in order to be as discreet as possible. Guests will receive a remote for the entrance gate. Pets are permitted, at an added fee. Some rooms of the farmhouse are accessible via a few steps.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, water, gas (heating not included), high chair and baby bed. The Via Chiantigiana, with its splendid views of Chianti’s famous vineyards, leads to Siena. San Gimignano is also not far. The property is surrounded by wine cellars where you can taste the best wines in Tuscany.
