Exteriors and swimming pool
Around the villa there is a very well-kept garden of approximately 400 m2, full of flowers and with the typical "English" lawn and in front, in a panoramic position, is the in-ground swimming pool, rectangular in shape measuring 8x4 with a depth of 1.20 metres, around which the paved solarium area develops, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an external shower; near the swimming pool there is also a brick barbecue and, at the two entrances to the two residential units, there are two porches furnished with outdoor lounges and equipped with table and chairs to enjoy a breakfast overlooking the pool or delicious outdoor dinners. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An automatic gate leads to the inside of the property where there is private parking.Interior
The villa of approximately 350 m2, recently renovated and embellished with modern finishes, is made up of two apartments. It is spread over three floors and is equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, mosquito nets and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. The first apartment is located in front of the swimming pool and has a large porch furnished with an outdoor sitting area, two comfortable deck chairs, a table with 6 chairs. On the right of the entrance there is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and on the left there is a dining room, a lounge with satellite TV, decorative fireplace and access to the outside, a bathroom with shower and dressing room with two sinks. Going up an internal staircase (16 steps) we access the first floor characterized by three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Near the gate there is a panoramic terrace with a porch equipped with an outdoor sitting area and an extendable table that can accommodate the entire group. From here we enter the second apartment directly on the first floor with a dining room with an extendable table that can accommodate the entire group and a decorative fireplace in an open space with a modern kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric coffee machine and, in the central island, an induction hob with extractable extractor hood and dishwasher, a bathroom with bidet, toilet and sink, a laundry room in a separate room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, a spacious living room with TV satellite. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not air conditioning or heating), wi-fi internet, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a chef and cooking courses.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Only small pets are allowed. Access to the villa via automatic gate. Arrival must take place between 5.00pm and 8.00pm (for arrivals after 8.00pm but before 12.00am a supplement of 50 euros will be paid on site). Any arrival outside the 5pm-8pm time slot must be agreed in advance.Activities and Distances
