Beautifully appointed boutique hotel with FIVE of the SEVEN rooms made available for a group of five guests in Cardiff for work who want luxury Mon-Fri accommodation, free parking and local bars, restaurants & cafes.

The higgihaus@butecrescent is a beautifully appointed and stylish five-storey Grade 11 listed property that was, until recently, operating as a highly-rated boutique hotel. Located in the heart of Cardiff Bay, the property is only moments from the bars, restaurants, and leisure attractions of Mermaid Quay. On weekends we make the higgihaus@butecrescent available to large groups visiting the City to celebrate milestone events, but during the week, we make FIVE of the SEVEN ensuite rooms in the property available at a fixed and inclusive price for a small group, whilst the remaining TWO rooms on the top floor can be booked SEPERATELY (refer the separate listings).

The SHARED kitchen/diner on the lower ground floor is fully equipped and includes a huge gas hob, two ovens, a combination microwave oven, an American-style fridge freezer, and a large-capacity dishwasher. At the other end of this enormous room is a large sitting area equipped with a sofa, bean bags and a large-screen TV. Between the sitting area and the dining table, there`s plenty of room to play board games, read, listen to music, watch Freeview TV, catch a movie or just relax and unwind with a cold beer or glass of wine.

In the bedrooms, you`ll find comfortable mattresses, crisp cotton linens and duvets and pillows that are as soft as a bag of kittens. The FIVE ensuite rooms allocated to you are of course your own, but the amazing and cavernous sitting, kitchen & dining room in the basement is SHARED with the guests in the remaining TWO ensuite bedrooms.

There is a large car park at the rear that can accommodate as many as five cars or three vans.

The front door to the building has a keyless entry system, and you will be given the entry code 24 hours prior to check-in. Each of the FIVE rooms allocated to your group is accessed using a unique digital fob which will you will be able to retrieve on-site. Video cameras are provided front and rear for your comfort and safety.

The higgihaus@butecrescent is a former boutique hotel in which you have exclusive access to FIVE of the SEVEN ensuite bedrooms and SHARED access to the basement sitting, kitchen & dining room and car park whilst you are staying in Cardiff. There is no need for you to interact with us, but should you need anything, we`d be delighted to help. #teamhiggi are a friendly bunch who love Cardiff and are a veritable goldmine of places to see, things to do, restaurants to eat at, bars worth a visit, and how to get about. higgihaus@butecrescent is a mere stone`s throw from Cardiff’s stunning waterfront leisure destination at Mermaid Quay (so close in fact that it would be a pretty poor throw of the stone). Home to 30+ restaurants, bars, and cafés, Mermaid Quay also plays host to a comedy club, an Everyman Cinema, and the Aquabus waterbus service that offers trips around the Bay and beyond and to the city centre. The centre of Cardiff is less than 8 minutes distant by car and is easily reached by train, bus or taxi.

Parking

The higgihaus@butecrescent has off-road parking at the rear of the property and, with a little bit of juggling, could accommodate up to five cars (depending on size!) or three vans. Should you have more cars than can park at the rear, then the 380-capacity Mermaid Quay car park is but a one-minute walk away.
Professional Use Only: This property is for professional and corporate use only. No
parties, events, or social gatherings are permitted.

Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum,
especially between 10 pm and 8 am.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A designated smoking
area is provided outside.

Parking: Please park considerately in the designated parking spaces. Vans welcome.

Security: For your safety and security, CCTV is in operation at the front and rear of the
property.

Check-out: Please ensure all windows and doors are locked and the property is left in
a tidy condition upon check-out.
