If you're looking for a place to escape the stresses of everyday life, then Beautiful Dawn is hard to beat.
With stunning views over the marina from a generous private terrace, this two bedroom holiday flat is a great place to unwind.
Stylish yet welcoming inside, this contemporary apartment sleeps up to four and is ideal for a small family, friends sharing or a couple looking for romance.
If mobility is an issue, there is lift access from the underground car park to this ground floor flat.
Set in the popular Sovereign Harbour marina area of Eastbourne, this holiday flat is ideal for anyone wanting to feel away from it all.
The master bedroom has a double bed plus an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin and there is a separate second bathroom with a bath and shower over - so this holiday apartment can sleep up to four.
The living space is open plan and delightfully light and spacious. There is plenty of comfy seating in front of the TV in the lounge area, with French doors at the end leading out to the terrace.
Follow the room round in a U shape to reach the dining area, which seats four and boasts fabulous views over the marina.
The adjacent kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Step out on to your private terrace and you'll find a lovely swing-style seat that's ideal to curl up in with a book. If you're feeling peckish, dine at the main outdoor table and chairs set alongside the waters edge. Or relax at the coffee style table and rattan chairs with a drink - the options to enjoy the views are plentiful.
WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (bring your own beach towels).
The many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of Sovereign Harbour's 'Waterfront' area are just an easy stroll away. Eastbourne centre is around four miles away, with an even larger selection of eateries, plus four theatres and the popular Towner Art Gallery.

Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne.
Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.
Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.
