The sitting room is a comfortable space with cosy seating, a Smart TV and a DVD player. The tiled dining room has a table and chairs for six and the spacious kitchen has everything needed to whip up culinary delights. Extending from the kitchen is a breakfast area as well as a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Finishing this extravagant floor is a wet room with a walk-in shower and a dressing room. The first floor houses four bedrooms: a king-size, a double and two singles. All four rooms have access to the first-floor bathroom. The rear enclosed garden is perfect for summer days, sit back and relax on the terrace and listen to the sound of birdsong in the garden or enjoy BBQs in the sun.
Nestled beside the east bank of the river is the pretty village of Wiggenhall St Germans, boasting a village shop, a hairdresser, a public house and the nearby church of St German’s which is thought to date back to Norman times. The historic town of King’s Lynn is close by (12.5 miles); rich in heritage and maritime history, this was one of England’s foremost ports as early as the 12th century. For those who love the great outdoors, why not visit Welney Bird Reserve (19 miles)? Spend an afternoon amongst the swans or try one of the events such as the bat and owl evenings, a must-see for nature lovers.
