ODIN LUXURY VILLA by Buenavilla | Gran villa para una escapada de lujo

Villa Odin es una villa incomparable en su categoría. Uno de sus principales atractivos son sus espectaculares vistas al mar, de la marina deportiva de Puerto Calero y de Fuerteventura. Desde cada habitación se puede disfrutar de unas vistas espectaculares mientras que a la villa no le falta detalle.

Nada más llegar, verá que en el parking privado hay espacio suficiente para aparcar dos coches cómodamente. La entrada es amplia y luminosa y da directamente a la planta media donde contamos con la cocina, el comedor y el salón con una decoración moderna y acogedora. En la misma planta encontramos un dormitorio de matrimonio con baño en suite y un dormitorio doble con un baño con bañera al otro lado del pasillo. Toda la planta media está rodeada por una terraza enorme.

En la planta alta encontramos el Máster Suite, con una decoración romántica, una cama de matrimonio y baño en suite. Además cuenta con una terraza amueblada y una hamaca columpio para disfrutar de la puesta del sol o el amanecer.

La planta baja está compuesta por una sala estudio y zona de gimnasio, el cuarto dormitorio con baño y zona de estar. La sala de estudio, donde se encuentra esta habitación, tiene un acceso independiente desde la casa principal y el área de estar. Se puede acceder por la zona de la piscina, lo que proporciona privacidad. Además cuenta con un “Beach Bar” con cocina y sala de juegos, perfecto para disfrutar las tardes de barbacoa al lado de la piscina. El beach bar cuenta con una cama sofá ofreciendo la posibilidad de hospedar hasta 10 personas y dispone del 5º cuarto de baño de la villa.

La piscina está climatizada y se encuentra en una zona de terraza de grandes dimensiones amueblada con cómodas hamacas, una de ellas flotante, y cama balinesa. También cuenta con una ampliazona de comedor exterior con barbacoa.

Para completar la estancia, contamos con un servicio de concierge para cualquier servicio vacacional, desde chef privado o salidas en barco hasta niñeras y servicio de compras.

The cleaners were excellent. House very clean on entry and the midweek clean was excellent. A very thorough welcome pack was very much appreciated as we arrived in the evening and too tired to venture out. Buenavillas were on hand if we needed anything- we didn’t, and they made a courtesy call next day after our arrival.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay in the Villa. It was in a perfect spot within 5 minutes walk of the harbour and restaurants. The pool was heated and a really good size so lovely to use. It would be perfect for a multi generational family as there is another kitchen/living room and bedroom on the pool level which is separate from the main house. From check in to check out the process was seamless and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and recommend them to others.

Wonderful Stay in Villa Odin

We have just returned from Villa Odin, it is a beautiful villa with the most amazing sea view. Not far from the marina and its lovely restaurants. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms. We went for a lovely walk to Puerto del Carmen, the coastal path starts just at the bottom of the hill right near the villa. We had a wonderful relaxing time and we will definitely return soon. As always Buena Villa went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and trouble free.

A perfect stay

Villa Odin is just perfect for me. I have been coming for a number of years and will never get tired of coming here. The location is amazing with beautiful views over the ocean to Fuerteventura. All restaurants, shops and the marina are in walking distance of the villa and have something to suit all tastes. The villa is comfortable and spacious with a good size pool, gym and games area. The BuenaVilla team are amazing too. Nothing is too much trouble and are always available if you do have an issue. I can’t wait to come back.

We have rented this villa for two consecutive years. I have to say I didn't think it possible that it could improve but it has. Improvements have been made to the villa to enhance it further. I would recommend this villa to anyone providing it doesn't clash with when I'd like to go. The attention to detail from the staff from start to finish is first class: always willing to help and nothing is too much. Bravo

Disappointing Experience

We experienced multiple issues that were not been addressed by Buena Villas. Specifically, the pool heater and the pool filter both not functioning, which has resulted in a dirty pool. Despite my expectations and a promise by Buena Villas, no one came out daily to attend to the pool maintenance. In fact, the pool has only been cleaned twice in the two weeks, and as a result, algae and grime started to build up around the pool area and there was a film on the waters surface. Additionally, I must point out that Buena Villas has disconnected the pool heater display, leaving us in a state of uncertainty regarding the heater's functionality. My husband had to clean around the side of the pool himself, which is far from satisfactory given that this should be the responsibility of the maintenance service. We sent another message to Buena Villas on the Thursday before our departure (19/06/25) to again for the 4th time of asking to confirm a late check out at 1pm and to address the pool to be advised, no, we were not permitted to check out late and that they had in fact organised a pool engineer to attend after our departure “to get it sorted for the next guests!” We received a comment that was totally unacceptable when they attended for the 3rd time on our 1st full day which was “it’s a pool not a jacuzzi, You English!” Were we not guests that had paid for a pool in the villa, This made us feel insignificant! This situation is unacceptable, and we deserved to have had a properly maintained swimming pool that was safe and enjoyable to use. In addition to this there were sockets hanging off the wall near the BBQ, paint flaking off walls and the outside shower blocked off and surrounded by broken furniture,
