Amazing view’s, great location and fantastic apartment. We really enjoyed staying there and had amazing amenities, nicely furnished apartment, very spacious and clean. Would recommend and wish to go back again.

Good value for money

The apartment is spacious and was very clean. Beautiful view from the balcony, but a bit loud from the street. Good access t the building and the garage. Well equipped kitchen (unfortunately the dishwasher did not work all the period despite it being reported). All in all, really nice apartment.

Very nice apartment!

Very nice and spotless clean apartment! Only a short car/bus ride from Funchal center and walking distant to the beach). Kitchen has everything you need and then some, AC/Internet/TVs all in perfect condition, excellent parking facility, pool also fine. Very nice balcony with great ocean-view. Only minor drawback would be that the apartment is in an area with some traffic which makes the balcony a bit noisy in the day time and early evening (important - there is no problem with any noise inside the apartment though!). All in all agreat stay for us!

First thing that you notice is great views from the living room and balcony to the sea. Then neutrally decorated apartment with lots of space gives you further confirmation that you have made a great decision about where to stay. This area could be described as residential and as such there's less restaurants and bars compared to few miles towards the center. That said there's still plenty of good places to eat out within 10 minute walk. Everywhere in Madeira hills are steep and this place is no exception. Walking less than 200 meters from the main road can be a surprise if you aren't fit at all.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer (oberstes Stockwerk) ein klarer Mehrwert. Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Dank Klimaanlage kann man nachts auch die Fenster schließen und wird nicht von der Straße gestört.Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und nicht überlaufen.In der direkten Umgebung gibt es eine Bäckerei, zwei Supermärkte und einige gute Restaurants und mit dem Auto ist man in knapp 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Funchal.Klarer Empfehlung.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, modern, sauber, gut gelegen. Wir hatten nur das Problem beim Check-In. Die Firma, die die Unterkunft betreut, hat uns nicht die vollständige Informationen gegeben, unter anderem, keinen Code für das Gebäude selbst. Wir haben 40 Minuten vor dem Condomínium verbracht, am Telefon war die Person auch nicht besonders hilfreich, da sie die Unterkunft nicht kannte. Erst mit Hilfe von den einheimischen Passanten und den Nachbarn aus dem Nachbargebäude, die glücklicherweise den Code kannten, sind wir reingekommen… Die Kommunikation per Mail war auch eigenartig, nicht professionell

Great place to stay with friends or family - or even for working remotely.

First thing that you notice is great views from the living room and balcony to the sea. Great place from where to explore Madeira

The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It has gorgeous views of the sea and is walking distance to a hospital, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. It’s the perfect place from where to explore the island as very close to the VR (the local highway that circles the island). The host was also very responsive and the locals are the most welcoming people ever!
