The house has a store accessible from the garden for you to pile in your water sports kit, wetsuits and sandy beach gear, and a handy outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the water.

Bi-fold doors open the back of the house onto a patio and enclosed lawn. Bedrooms and bathrooms are split between floors, where you’ll find crisp linen and super soft towels.

The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach, under 5 minute drive to East Wittering village, 15 minutes from Chichester city centre and 30 minutes from glorious Goodwood. The house features a private driveway with parking for several cars.

After a day on the water, guests can make use of the outdoor shower, and there is also a garden store for surfboards, wetsuits and sandy beach gear.

Green Ridge comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, including two king-size bedrooms with ensuite showers, two twin bedrooms and a bunk bed room ideal for children. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, making the house well suited to multi-generational families. A spacious family bathroom features both a bath and separate shower, and there is an additional WC on the ground floor.

The property is well equipped for families, with a travel cot and high chair provided, along with a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Linen and towels are included for a comfortable stay.
