Family-friendly Oasis in the City Center * Ideal for families

This apartment is a family-friendly hideaway in the center of bustling Barcelona. Surrounded by the most popular sights, restaurants, and shops it is the perfect home-base for exploring the city. The apartment was completely refurbished in July 2021 and is located within an elegant residential building with a doorman. It is ideal for families.

The apartment has a modern layout with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious living and family dining area enjoys large windows that let in lots of natural light. There are two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a standing shower), two twin rooms with bunk beds and a master bedroom to accommodate up to 6 guests.

This apartment has a 3 split type ductless A/C systems located in the living area and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The bunkbed room does not have an A/C unit but it does have a fan to circulate the air. Regarding the temperature, the A/C system and fans are sufficient in normal weather conditions. We are not responsible for any discomfort due to heat waves as this is something that is outside of our control.
