Villa Caterina is a luxurious villa renovated in 2021 with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Salò and the mountains that surround Lake Garda.

The villa is 350 m² in size and has a 1000 m² private garden with lake view, pool with low children's area, heated whirlpool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a mini apartment with bathroom and kitchenette. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and tastefully decorated.

The living area with panorama window, large dining table and fireplace corner invites you to relax. In the separate, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room with gas stove, oven, microwave, water filter, soda stream, screen-printed coffee machine and American fridge, you will want for nothing. There are plenty of crockery and cooking utensils to prepare elaborate menus.

A beautiful marble staircase takes you to the upper sleeping area. There are 2 large double rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a twin room, also with its own bathroom. From the master bedroom you have access to the large terrace, of course with a view of the lake. All bathrooms were completely renovated in 2021 and have daylight.

On the mezzanine floor is the fourth bedroom with direct access to the pool area, lake view and private bathroom. Also on this floor you will find a laundry room with washing machine and the large garage in which a game lounge has also been set up with table tennis, table football and sofa.

In the basement of the villa, with direct access to the large terrace and the garden, there is a beautiful mini-apartment of about 30m². This has its own kitchenette, bathroom and TV.

The approximately 1000m² private garden offers plenty of space to play and linger and a large, covered terrace by the pool and jacuzzi, with a great outdoor kitchen, BBQ and bar! You will love this place. Even in midsummer it is pleasantly cool under the covered loggia and you can enjoy your cocktails at the bar right next to the heated jacuzzi.

There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the property and a large selection of gourmet restaurants in the center of Salò, 2 km away.

There are 2 golf courses less than 10 km away from Villa Caterina (Garda Golf Country Club, Golf Il Colombaro).

The nearest beach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes and is 1.7 km from the house. You can also reach some of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Garda in less than 10 minutes by car!

Villa Caterina is located in a quiet residential area in the village of Villa di Salò, with a supermarket (700m), restaurant, café and bars within walking distance, as well as beautiful hiking trails through the forest and bike paths that lead to Salò and the entire Lake Garda area.
