Plan de piso abierto con cocina totalmente equipada, barra de desayuno, comedor y sala de estar de adelante hacia atrás. Sliders abiertas desde la sala de estar y el comedor a una terraza espaciosa. Perfectamente jardin paisajístico crea mucha privacidad. Los pisos de madera en todo. Habitación primera planta dispone de baño completo. Tres dormitorios en el 2 ° piso. El dormitorio principal tiene baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje. Los otros 2 dormitorios comparten un baño, cada uno con su propia entrada privada. Excellent stay

Perfect rental. Our stay was excellent. The property is in a superb location and well laid out. Multiple beaches nearby, having beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc available to us was a huge plus. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and we highly recommend the rental.

Fantastic Experience!

This was a long needed vacation with a few high school friends and our spouses, and the house quickly became our new "happy place." The accommodations were fantastic qs well as the extras we didn't need to think about like beach chairs and a grill, and we spent most of the evenings around the fire pit. I definitely recommend this location.

Great home away from home! Spent the week with my husband, 3 kids ages 5, 3, 3, and my parents. Loved being able to walk to the nearby beach, perfect for the kids, a short mile drive to the other beaches. The house had everything you could need, had plenty of room for all of us, and entertainment both inside and out. Patty and Bill were very responsive and available to answer any questions that came up. Loved our stay!

In Hyannis for a conference

Beautiful home! Fire pit, beautiful lawn, nice quiet Street, very close to the water. We had five colleagues to attend a conference in Hyannis. We all enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely 2 story Cape Cod style home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home was clean, well decorated and fully furnished. The hosts are very nice and responsive to questions. The lot is very private.

Fantastic!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation! Plenty of room for 7 adults and the house was very clean and well maintained. Bill and Patty are wonderful hosts and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas and was located close to Hyannis. It made a wonderful and comfortable home base for a great family vacation!

Our second experience in this lovely cottage was as our first…..excellent! Large, cosy and very well located. Everyone from seniors to youngsters felt comfortable and enjoyed. New appliances were a plus. Patty and Bill are quick to respond to any needs or questions.Hoping to repeat the experience next year.

The house was perfect for our group - plenty of room and close to Cape Cod Baseball League games. It was really nice to have a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, and there are beach chairs, bikes, and games in the basement. The only potential issue I would note is make sure you see the linens policy. Beyond that, it was a great stay and Bill & Patty were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great family cottage

Very nice and spacy cottage in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes to the beach (on bicycles)….half an hour walk. The house is clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Beds are confortable and rooms are well soundproofed. 3 full bathrooms and two outside showers were appreciated. The kitchen has everything you can think of using. Large lawn for children to play and run, and large deck for outside meals. Lots of chairs, sunbrellas, toys and other beach stuff. Reasonably short distance to stores and restaurants. Just a couple of things could be improved: Upper rooms could use blinds and/or blackout curtains, (especially the skylights just over the beds), and the backyard could be a little more intimate. Overall, we highly recommend!

Wonderful spot for multi gen family

Lovely quiet neighborhood within walking location to small barrier beach. Not walkable for under age 6. Fortunately there are plenty of small bikes and a cart to pull small children. The beach passes also came in handy. We went to multiple beaches. The AC kept us all cool. The bedrooms were roomy. We highly recommend for a family of all ages.

Almost wonderfuk

The pictures make the rooms look larger than they are. There were a couple maintenance things that should be addressed. The railing leading to the second floor was extremely loose, and several of the balusters were loose to the point of almost coming out- not great for a 2 y/o climbing the stairs. The keurig water reservoir had mold floating on the water. We got coffee at DD every day. I pointed these things out to the owners but never heard back from them.

HI Lynne, Sorry we were not able to get back to you in a timely fashion. We appreciate bringing those items to our attention as we rely on our guests to let us know if they encounter any issues during their stay. The cold weather tends to shrink wood and I can see how some of the balusters may have come loose as I believe they are only glued in. I will make it a point to drive a nail up into the railing on all the balusters so that they do not move at all. Regarding the Kuerig, that is unfortunate. The only thing I can say is that it was overlooked by the cleaners. I will bring it to their attention to make sure the reservoir is emptied after each family departs. The house was not rented since mid-September so I can see how something could grow between the time the last group departed and your arrival. We wish you had brought these items to our attention during your stay so that we could have at least made you feel more comfortable by getting the railing fixed. Our phone numbers and email addresses are readily available on the refrigerator as well as on the Vrbo website. We appreciate you and your family staying with us over the holiday and hope that these items did not negatively impact your Thanksgiving. The Watsons

Wonderful family home

We had a family gathering at the Cape and the property was large enough to comfortably accommodate 9 adults. The house was very clean and well appointed, we enjoyed ping-pong and foosball on rainy days and the backyard and deck on sunny ones. The beds and mattresses were comfortable as well. We recommend sleep masks for those who need a dark room for sleeping in the early morning, the house receives lots of natural light. We highly recommend this property.

Great Cape vacation!

Lovely time had by our 2 families at Bill and Patty's home! They were gracious hosts who responded to all our questions promptly! They had their home fully stocked with everything anyone could need! A short walk to lovely, private neighborhood beach was a real bonus! We hope to return for another great vacation !

Fabulous Cape vacation during COVID-19!

The house was perfect was our 3 families, 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their own comfortable bed and the outdoor shower was a hit! We loved the smaller Seaside Private beach during this time of social distancing. We were able to spend time together on vacation away from our homes without dealing with crowds. The sand bars at low tide were fun to get to and the kids ages 8-12 loved catching crabs The area around the house was perfect for walking and riding bikes. Our hosts were excellent to work with and attended to us promptly when there was a problem. Great outdoor restaurants were close by too.

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, just one mile from Craigsville beach

There is so much to enjoy on Cape Cod. This location really helps you get near some of the better attractions. The owners were wonderful to deal with, the house was tidy and clean, and we ended up grilling one of the nights on their very nice propane grill. We will definitely go back again if we are staying nearby on the cape!

Great house and nice location

Our group was seven adults and four kids. Everyone enjoyed the house and the location. We enjoyed Covell's Beach, walking and biking through the neighbohood and over to the lagoon, wading through the lagoon to the ocean. If we had more time I wanted to try clamming at low tide and fishing the mouth of Hall's Creek. I took my kayak over to the lagoon and paddled out to the ocean. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed some afternoons and dinner on the deck. Everything was great, we only wanted another week to stay!

It was conveniently located to the beach and near by attractions! The house was big enough for our family to spread out, but also cozy enough for us to watch movies at night together.

Great family vacation

We loved our family reunion vacation on Cape Cod. We love the small beach as our grand children spent hours there exploring. Great deck for adult enjoyment! Lots of room to be with 8 people! Love outdoor shower. Parking a little tight...but we made it work! Definitely will revisit!!!

Wonderful Vacation Home

This house was absolutely perfect for our two families. Clean, spacious, great location and nice backyard. Our hosts, Patty and Bill, are wonderful people, easy to communicate and deal with. Security deposit was promptly returned within a couple of weeks. We'll be back next summer!

Wonderful house for a beach vacation

The house we rented for the week is a charming, clean, well kept house. It had spacious bedrooms and living areas decorated in a beach vibe. The backyard was private and we enjoyed sipping our wine on the deck. It is a quick walk to the beach or the lagoon at the back. Very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this rental house to anyone wanting to have a pleasant experience on Cape Cod.
