Modernised 1720s cottage, Newton Stewart, Scotland

A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved family run property in the town of Newton Stewart. The cottage built around 1720 has been in our family for four generations, Boasting 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.


This property has a coal fire and electric heaters to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! We have a 200m2 fully enclosed garden area which incorporates the back door of the cottage which keeps our furry friends (and children) safe. We don’t charge for pets and there are no limits on the number of pets.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave basic spices, cooking oil, salt and pepper are supplied also.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double sofa bed and a double bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.

- Pets are allowed at the property.
