Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. The property lays in 300sqm outdoor area with spectacular sea views. An ideal sea front holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. The villa is part of a Melia Luxury Villas complex, where two more villas are located, each with their own pool and facilities. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two separate floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 45’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom and two shared bathrooms, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Another lounge area lays on the ground floor, where a mini fridge, espresso machine and washing machine are also located. On the lower lever lay two more spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The highlight of this floor is that it also features a two seater Sauna. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, in its 5 spacious bedrooms, featuring also 5 bathrooms for ultimate comfort for all. All bedrooms feature premium mattresses and linen, hypoallergenic Coco-mat.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 60€/day
-Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Just within a few minutes walking distance you may find a wonderful cafe and also shops and restaurants. Many sandy beaches are close to the villa, like Platanias where you can cherish long summer days by the sea. It is only 20 minutes driving distance from the lively town of Chania and around 30 minuted driving distance from the famous Falasarna Beach.
