Mulberry House is a stunning, spacious and luxurious home from home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Recently fully renovated, we aim to give you a boutique hotel experience.

The house has been designed to create a stylish and elegant atmosphere where you will experience luxury throughout. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will required. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, condenser dryer, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

All the bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, and all towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days.

In the lounge, there is a 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Freeview. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining room has a large elegant table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace. The conservatory has Rattan furniture that can be used inside or outside. In the summer, there is a ceiling fan and in the winter there is a heater so you can use this space throughout the year.

You can relax and unwind in the large, private and spacious garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surrounding and take in the view at the end of the day on the patio whilst socialising on the Rattan furniture.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, biscuits and milk are provided. The front drive can accommodate 2 vehicles (no height restrictions), with one space on the pavement outside. There is additional free parking across the road at the Woodmans Rest restaurant and bar.

Solihull town centre, shops, restaurants & supermarkets are all close by, and the NEC, Resorts World & Birmingham International Airport are a 10-minute drive away. Only a 5-minute drive away from the M42 & Jaguar Land Rover. The Co-op supermarket is only a 2-3 minute walk down the road.

Solihull hospital is a 5-minute drive away, and there is a large retail park within walking distance that has M&S, Boots, Argos, Smyths Toys, Currys/PC World, B&Q, Hobbycraft and others.

Mulberry House would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Costwolds and Warwick.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays, and can provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath support at no additional cost should you need them.
