Villa Flaviana is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Flaviana you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Flaviana is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool (located at a short distance, please read below for details), a private jacuzzi pool, private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 550 meters (602 yards), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles). You will reach Villa Flaviana from the street level going down a short private walkway that comprises a steep downhill and includes approximately 70 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Flaviana. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; parking; daily cleaning; linens and towels; access to the swimmingpool; baggage porter; beach/pool towels; electricity. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 3.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 1000 (it is returned to you at check-out).


Guests have free use of a swimming pool and a fitness area of a hotel at approximately 200 meters (328 yards) away from Villa Flaviana.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public route that comprises a steep incline and includes approximately 95 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with sofas. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. You will share the pool with guests staying at a nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of November.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will reach it from the villa going down approximately 50 stairway steps. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs and wood benches. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
You will reach the garden from the villa going down approximately 60 stairway steps. The garden is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It features an above-ground non-heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with five seats. The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
Parking
The parking area is shared with guests staying at a nearby hotel, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car. Entrance LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The third terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an external access. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1 meter (3.3 feet) at its lowest point. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The room also has two small windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Second Bottom LevelTerrace 4
The fourth terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
