Villa Levante is a charming and bright villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Levante you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Levante is 230 square meters (2475 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 1.7 km (roughly 1.1 mile). You will reach Villa Levante from the street level going down a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 52 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Levante. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff) and has a whirlpool corner. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. The pool is open all year round.
Terrace
The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a L-shaped sofa, as well as with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden
The garden is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will have a view of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include a long sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors. The room also has a porthole window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table is a wall mounted table, and can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a small arched window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
