Enjoy living like a local while exploring our beautiful city and all its architectural wonders.The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests, with a living area that features a relaxing sofa and a flat screen TV, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances.
The apartment is 5 minutes from Metro Plaza de Catalunya (Red Line L1 & Green Line L3).
The Space:
Welcome to this 166 m2 spacious and bright flat in a historical building 5mins to Plaça Catalunya. It offers a great place in the middle of Barcelona and is a perfect example of the Catalan architectural style.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Individual beds
Living room: Sofa-bed
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- Huge private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for a sunny day ☀️
- Small balconies overlooking Eixample accessed from the master bedroom
- Spacious living room area open to a modern kitchen
- Quiet interior bedrooms, away from the busy street, ideal for a good night's rest
- Desktop area ideal for working remotely
- 2.5 Full bathrooms
- TV and Wi-fi
- Central AC
- Elevator in building
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival

Dreta de l'Eixample is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It includes Plaça de Catalunya, the centre of the city, and the upscale streets Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. It is the bourgeois neighborhood of the city, which makes the majority of its population belong to the upper class of Barcelona. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Plaça Urquinaona (Lines 1& 4).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
