The situation you describe, especially regarding the weather conditions and access, is understandably stressful. As mentioned in the property description, the house is located in a very isolated area. Unfortunately, during periods of bad weather, conditions can change quickly, and events such as landslides may occur. Please note that damages or road closures caused by weather conditions are outside of our control and fall beyond our management. This is a risk inherent to such remote locations, as mentioned in the listing. We regret the issues with the property and that your experience did not meet expectations.
