Trullo Ventura is located in a large property from the cared green, with swimming pool and solarium
furnished, angles relaxation, outdoor dining area. The interiors of the
holiday home are those typical of ancient buildings with double walls,
arches and cone roofs, cozy rooms as delicate alcove and economic
masonry cuisine according to the Apulian tradition. The house consists
of a dining room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 1 double room . Present 1 bathroom with shower box.

Trullo Ventura is a vacation solution in trulli and typical houses of
Puglia, surrounded by lush nature. The solution is located 1.5 km from
the beautiful center of Locorotondo , among the most suggestive destinations of the Valle d`riatria, very close to Alberobello . 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Shared Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The owners live in the same property but have a different entrance.
- Air conditioning just in the living room.
