Great Tuscany Villa

This is a great villa in a lovely small town in Tuscany. Eduardo and Magena are great host. They have the best olive oil and can recommend a private chef to come make you a wonderful Italian dinner. We stayed 6 nights and visited several locations in the area including Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Senia.

Getaway in the Tuscany Region

Eduardo’s property was perfect for our family of 5’s stay for 4 days in the Tuscany region. We had access to the entire compound, including olive tree grove, grape vines, and countless other vegetation. The pool was cleanly and a great amenity for our use during our stay. For our stay, it was the ideal setup for space, amenities, and cost.The town is located approximately 45 minutes to Florence, hour to Siena and surrounding vineyards, and 5-10 minutes from the local town. We would recommend renting a car if staying at this property due the proximity from the main cities and other attractions.

Great Countr Stay!

My family stayed here while attending wedding events nearby. It’s beautiful farm style living! Chickens, olive trees, grape vines and more all on the property. We enjoyed fresh eggs and olive oil from the property! Eduardo and Magena were very communicative and welcoming. Because the home is tuscan rustic and in the countryside, don’t be alarmed by a few ants/bugs. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. Thanks so much for a great stay!

A dreamy olive grove/vineyard home

This house is so beautifully situated! Gorgeous grounds with lots of sitting space and a beautiful pool. My boys LOVED the dartboard and ping pong. We loved local restaurant 1250 and the proximity to Florence and Lucca. The bathrooms have great hot water and water pressure. A luxury in Europe. The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave. The host is very communicative and kind, making checkin easy. I’d highly recommend for a beautiful Tuscan trip!

Great stay in Reggello

Had a great two week vacation at Eduardo's place in Reggello. Beautiful little cabin with a pool and well kept yard, set within an olive orchard and vineyard. Hosts passed along some fresh eggs from the hens and tomatoes from the property. The house seems quite new by Italian standards and is in excellent condition. Pool is fantastic. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this spot for small groups and families.

Very nice stay at a beautiful place

Tiny but comfortable house with a nice veranda. Lots of nature around, animals wake you up if you like to sleep with door. You can harvest fruits and vegetables, pick eggs in the morning. The pool is inviting and clean. Please see and enjoy yourself!

Perfect for our family!

We loved staying here! The house was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space just as much. The hostess was very helpful and hospitable. She gave us a tour of the grounds and made sure that we knew that we could pick strawberries and lemons from the garden, as well as gather eggs from the hens if needed. The house is only 30 minutes from Florence and close to many other great cities in Tuscany. We loved our visit and we would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay. Just a short drive from Florence and we found ourselves surrounded by everything Tuscany has to offer. The villa has all of the commodities including the most inviting pool. We shared our meals and wine by the poolside at night under the stars. The owners are most welcoming ensuring that all of the guests needs are met. Thank you for making our first trip to Italy such a memorable one!

Great Place, Great Hosts

Eduardo and Magena are fantastic hosts! Their villa has a kitchen garden which we used for several meals. The produce is incredible. We were gifted eggs from their hens and olive oil from the orchard. Both were delicious. The house is well appointed and the pool and grounds are lovely. We would love to visit again! Grazie mille!

Great Tuscan family base

Our family of six had a very comfortable stay at this lively place. The hosts Magena and Eduardo were so kind, communicative and welcoming, giving us fresh eggs and olive oil from their property as soon as we arrived. The house is well-equipped and was spotless. The views from the terrace overlooking the olive grove are beautiful. And Reggello is a nice quiet village that is not as busy as the popular hill towns but is surrounded by much natural beauty. We were grateful to find this place!

Amazing place for a Tuscan getaway

We travelled to Tuscany as a group of six (3 couples), and this place was perfect. At check-in, Eduardo and Magena were very welcoming, showing us round the property (including the gardens) and explaining which of the fresh fruit and veg we could harvest. The house itself was extremely well equipped inside, but it was the outside space that really made the stay outstanding. The pool, veranda and other spaces were superb. Throughout the week, Magena was always responsive, and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location!

Great house on lots of property covered with grape vines, fruit trees, and a garden from which we could make a salad and chickens that provided eggs. Perfect for taking a break from all the site-seeing. Magena and Eduardo were very communicative - super friendly and sweet. Our only suggestion would be to update the towels and mattresses. Overall, we had a great experience and were sad to leave.

True Tuscan Experience

We were greeted by Eduardo at the front gate of our property welcoming us to a grand stay at a beautiful location. The house was everything stated in the description. We were located amongst olive, and apple trees, numerous gardens and complete privacy. The highest compliment we can make is if we go back to this part of the country we will return.

Amazing modern villa!

We had a fantastic stay here, the villa is modern and clean and as a family of four we all had plenty of space to ourselves. The pool is fantastic and we really enjoyed having it to ourselves to use at any time day or night. Eduardo was so friendly and really made us feel welcome, and tried his hardest to ensure that we had everything that we needed, even stopping by to bring us some wine! With the fruits and vegetables growing in the garden we were able to really sample the local produce! All in all this is a lovely villa in a great location, perfect for exploring Tuscany, or just relaxing in the tranquility of the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a family of five and villa was brilliant. The property is equipped with everything we needed and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. It was extremely hot the week we were there and the pool was perfect for cooling down and relaxing. The town is very local and gives a genuine sense of community and how locals live in Tuscany. We had a rental car and it was easy to drive around to see other sites like San Gimingnano, Siena and Florence. However, we actually preferred being away from the crowds and coming back to Reggello. We would definitely recommend this as a place for a family holiday. Thanks Magena and Eduardo

10/10 beautiful house in a perfect location in the town of reggello with easy access to nearby towns

We were welcomed with a tour of the brand new property that Romano and Eduardo have built. It is in a beautiful location in the town of reggello with all the amenities you will need. It’s a close drive to Chianti, Florence and other towns and villages in Tuscany. Romano is working on gardens on the property with access to the fruit and vegetable plots, herbs and fruit trees, a haven for the rabbits that also live there! Overall the experience was beyond expectation and recommended to anyone looking to visit Tuscany locations and/or relax and swim in the sun, I could only dream of living in a property such as this.

Fantastic escape from every day life

Our family stayed 2 weeks at this fantastic little paradise. Everything was like you can see on the pictures and in the description. A fantastic area just for your own. No disturbance from outside and you are also not disturbing anybody. The house and the pool are in very good shape and the highlight is clearly the garden with all the vegetables, fruits and fresh eggs from chicken. The perfect escape from a stressful life. Magena and Eduardo are fantastic hosts, they are supporting you if you have questions or any issues. We can highly recommend this house and their hosts.

La famiglia di Robert è stata molto rispettosa della villa! Il giorno della loro partenza ci è dispiaciuto salutarli. Loro sono un esempio di ospiti gentili e rispettosi. Brilliant villa

The villa is excellent and with a great sized pool. We did not rent a car so Magena kindly offered to picked us up from the station and took us back the following week she also took us food shopping. From book to the end of the stay they were alway easy to communicate with. When we arrived there was fresh produce and cold drinks ready which was much appreciated. Reggello is a lovely little town which is walkable (20 mins) and has some excellent places to eat at. As a family of 4 the house was very spacious and comfortable. Thank you Magena and Eduardo (and Lola the dog)

Fantastic Villa experience!

There were 6 of us staying at the villa and we had plenty of space. The inside was very clean and the bathrooms looked recently renovated. The pool was a highlight of the villa...definitely needed it to cool down as we visited in July. Magena and Eduardo were excellent hosts. They helped me arrange Prosecco and charcuterie boards for our arrival plus they put fans in all of the bedrooms that did not have air conditioning...that really helped to have a good night sleep. They also helped arrange a chef dinner at the villa and it was awesome...so much good food and wine! Thanks for a very memorable visit to the Tuscany region! Chris

Just perfect!

We had a beautiful stay, in a beautiful setting…it was just so peaceful. We definitely needed longer there!! It was a well appointed house in a gorgeous setting with vines, olive trees and a massive range of fruit, vegetables (and laying hens!) that our hosts invited us to take as we wished! (The tomatoes were incredible!) The pool was amazing and there was table tennis, a basketball hoop and darts - perfect entertainment for our young people. The house was very clean and well appointed. Magena was so attentive and helpful with any questions that we had. All in all 5 star - we would definitely return and recommend to others.

Amazing Find

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reggello. Edwardo and his father were amazing hosts. Flight delays caused us to arrive at 12:30am and we were lost trying to find the house. Edwardo came to meet us so we could follow him to the home. Certainly appreciated after 30 hours of travel! The house was very clean, quite, and as advertised. We loved getting fresh vegetables from the garden along with cherries and strawberries to supplement food purchased at the local market. We did spend two days relaxing by the pool and two going to a few cities in Tuscany for the sites and wine tasting. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a quiet get away.

I would host this family again. They were very respectful of the house and proved to be very nice. I highly recommend hosting this family.
