Beste Willem, Ontzettend bedankt voor deze prachtige beoordeling en de perfecte 10! Extra bijzonder om dit van u te mogen ontvangen, aangezien u al maar liefst 22 jaar een trouwe gast van ons bent. Dat waarderen wij enorm. Dit jaar verbleef u voor het eerst in Mas de l'Aven en wat fijn om te lezen dat deze villa zo goed is bevallen. De smaakvolle inrichting, het comfort, de verschillende zit- en schaduwplekken, het mooie uitzicht en natuurlijk het heerlijke zwembad: fantastisch dat het allemaal aan de verwachtingen voldeed. Ook dank voor uw opmerking over de dekbedden. Dit soort praktische feedback stellen wij zeer op prijs en nemen we uiteraard mee. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme, les espaces et l’accueil chaleureux de Nora. Merci également pour vos remarques constructives. Certains équipements, comme la machine à glaçons, le seau à champagne et la barre de son Sonos, ont en effet été retirés par le propriétaire cette saison. Nous lui transmettons volontiers votre retour : il est toujours précieux de savoir ce que nos hôtes apprécient réellement afin d’évaluer un éventuel rétablissement de ces éléments. Concernant une remise pour fidélité : nous comprenons parfaitement votre suggestion. Même si les tarifs sont fixés par le propriétaire, nous sommes toujours heureux d’étudier ce soort mogelijkheden pour les familles qui reviennent.
