Peaceful stay in a great location

This little house was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, next to Sydney Gardens and easy to walk to the city centre.

Charming and comfortable in a beautiful setting!

The cottage was immaculate with comfortable furniture and a very comfortable bed. We loved the beautiful landscaping, private patio, and location in Sydney Gardens. Was an easy walk to center city. Would definitely stay here again!

Well located, ckean and pleasant accommodation

My wife and I stayed at the Garden House to visit Bath. It is a well located property, adjacent to Sydney Gardens and a ten minute walk into the city. The property was well looked after, comfortable and modern. A good base in which to explore Bath.

Great location,good communication with agency, wonderful garden and host recommendations for walks. Beautiful location, plants everywhere. Details cared for and a beautiful retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Very practical with the quiet location and free parking. Yet extra nice. And spacious. Excellent host and agent with very quick communication. Difficult to locate using google or apple: use the what3words app.

It was a perfect location for our visit to Bath. We easily walked to most things we wanted to see. The place was clean, parking our car was easy enough, communicating and checking in was a breeze. Cheers!

Perfect location - quiet, charming and comfortable

Stayed two nights for my wife's 60th birthday. Property was spotless and exactly as described. Location was perfect - quiet yet only a short walk into the centre of Bath. Deceptive size - the property was much bigger inside than we were expecting. Wouldn't hessitate in recommending this place - lovely.

Absolute Bliss

.A perfect place to hang your hat for a few days or more. It is close enough to the city centre yet far enough away from the "maddening crowds." The owners are wonderful and helpful to a fault. Nothing but outstanding was our 4 day stay. If ever we are back in Bath, we will attempt to stay here!!!

One big disappointment. The property was listed and illustrated as with outside dining. There was a table and chairs in the patio area but these were so small as to be unusable for eating at. The two wicker chairs were low and the table just about 30cm square and also very low - both totally unsuitable for eating and really only for having coffee at. The photo in the VRBO description showed a very different and much better set of table and chairs - based on this we anticipated being able to eat outside over what was a very warm and sunny weekend but instead had to retreat indoors to the dining area which was both hot and gloomy, instead of being able to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. So the property was totally mis-represented in this respect.I will be interested to hear your comments

Nicely renovated property-like new. Very comfy and nice location near great Pulteney street. Need a better system for venting bathroom as keeping the window ajar makes for very cold showers. Also not being able to adjust heat is frustrating. Overall a very nice stay just a little cold.

Perfect unique and quiet residence

We loved our stay at this cottage in Bath. The location in the Sydney Gardens was the perfect combination of being quiet and private while also being just a quick and easy walk to and from the city center. We loved walking through the garden each morning and evening, and it was a unique experience being beside the large, old mansion. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, and communication with the manager was seamless. We would recommend this property to other visitors to Bath!

This place is awesome the parking was great and the location is awesome. It is literally inside Sydney park with a secret door to go through to get into the park. Short walk to basically everything. Very clean perfect for the 2 of us great setup. The boats are very nice and helpful. Do not pass up your chance to stay at this awesome property.
