Casa Memoros provides a home from home holiday experience where you will find everything you need to to enjoy your holiday to the full.

Boasting 3 seperate outdoor spaces this villa has something for everyone…garden one has the large heated outdoor private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, clothes lines, 8 sun loungers, inflatables, games, bbq, outdoor seating area and dining area for 8 people. You will also have access to three large communal pools.

Garden two is the perfect sun trap, spacious and open and includes a pool table, darts board, basket ball, a second bbq and seating area perfect for catching those last rays of sunshine as the sun sets.

Garden three has a large, enclosed children’s park area which will keep them entertained for hours. Whether it’s the trampoline, playhouse, slide or swing this area gives your little ones a safe space to explore and play.
All three outdoor spaces have lighting so you can continue to enjoy them after the sun goes down.
The property has off road parking for up to two cars with a lockable front sliding gate to offer extra security.

The first floor is where you will find the large master bedroom providing a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, air con, hairdryer, large en-suite including a bath, shower and his and her basins. You will also have direct access to two of the three balconies providing stunning mountain and sea views. Table and chairs can be found on both and sun loungers on the larger of the two.

The third and final balcony is also located on the first floor and provides a table and chairs with spectacular views.

On the ground floor you will find two further bedrooms both with two single beds, bedside table, hairdryer and fitted wardrobes.

The large family bathroom is also found on the ground floor with a shower, bath and bidet. There is also a third ground floor toilet for your convenience.

The lounge area has leather sofa’s providing seating for 8 adults, one of which turns into a large comfy sofa bed. Here you will find the TV with all English channels, fire stick for all sports, movies, kids etc. PlayStation, DVD player, books, games, brand new fast fibre wifi, dining area and safe.

There is a fully equipped, newly fitted kitchen where you will find everything you need if you choose to dine in. Including oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.

In the Utility you will find an ironing board and iron, washing machine first aid kit, games and clothes line.

Peace of mind for those travelling with children as a cot bed, high chair, potty, toys, stair gates at top and bottom of stairs are all provided free of charge.

Casa Memoros is located conveniently close to the main gate which makes calling a taxi easy if you don’t fancy the 5 minute walk to the taxi rank. The Alegranza estate has two local supermarkets, a local bar and two water parks all within walking distance. The nearest beach is 1.2km from the property. Playa blanca and playa Flamingo beaches, bars and restaurants are easily accessible-you can hop on the bus which is a two minute walk away and only costs €1.20 or a 5 minute taxi journey which will cost you less than €4. The Rubicon Marina is also less than €5 in a taxi.
A ten minute walk will take you to the Diamond resorts Jardines del sol bar/restaurant for excellent food and drink where happy hour (2 hours every day!) is definitely worth the walk.
