Great Villa - Clean and Tidy, beds were great, in all honesty, the photos of the villa don't do it justices. Really quite location and great views over Playa Blanca.

Excellent property, just as good as in photos , communication with Suzanne was excellent, she also accommodated us with an early check in as we had an early flight. Villa was very well equipped with some nice little homely touches like tea, coffee and spices , and the welcome pack was greatly appreciated! Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent . Only one downside to our 11 night stay was that we did not receive a change of towels or bed sheets in the whole time we were there, luckily we took some washing pods and did them ourselves ( not what you want to be doing on holiday) overall though a great villa and would highly recommend .

Susanne is a great Villa manager and checked in to make sure everything was ok. A great villa with amazing views of the sun rise. All the facitlites we needed for our stay.

Lovely find in Playa Blanca

Lovely Spacious, clean, comfortable villa. Peaceful location with views. Well equipped kitchen. Great outdoor space with barbecue. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi! Suzanne, the manager, was very pleasant and helpful.

Amazing Villa and Service

Stayed 7 nights late October at Casa Luz Del Sol and felt totally safe and relaxed. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated and was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed and Suzanne was the perfect host. An extra nice touch was having a bottle of wine and some essentials in the fridge for us arriving. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful view

Check in was seamless, suzanne advised us of the time that the villa would be available as we needed early check-in. A bottle of wine was left for us upon arrival and we were greeted by a very clean modern villa and a beautiful view across playa blanca, as well as sea and mountain views. The pool and large hot tub were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Fantastic villa

The villa is fantastic. The location is only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. It is all on one level apart from a few steps down to the jacuzzi. There is every piece of equipment you need, Dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, and a wine fridge. All bathrooms are ensuite. The villa was exceptionally clean. I would recommend this villa anytime. We have already decided that we will return to the villa in a few years time.

Good but could have been better

Lovely out door space and plenty or room in the villa. Very well equipped kitchen. Substantial noise from building sites all around the villa was a shame. Excellent swimming pool but hot-tub cover was broken and dangerous and the water seemed murky (we only used it once). The main bedroom mattress smelt and when we removed the two mattress protectors it was clearly very old and stained-it urgently needs replacing. We had to swop into another room. Overall our feeling is that this could be an excellent villa, it is spacious, well located but it needs some TLC. The view from the property is fantastic-more enjoyable at the weekend when the builders stay at home! Suzanne is a very responsive link for help with the property.

A relaxed stay but lacking finishing touches

First class service from Suzanne who was super efficient at responding to any queries. The villa is certainly lovely to look at and the views over playa Blanca are amazing as it’s quite high up (that’s obvious from the map and wasn’t a problem for us). Pool area is great but could benefit from an umbrella. kitchen is well equipped with crockery glasses & cutlery but only two large knives,one small pair of scissors, one small chopping board and a corkscrew that looked like something out of a Christmas cracker and broke on the first bottle. We replaced it with a more robust one. The symbols on The oven knobs are all rubbed out n couldn’t find the oven model in Google so it was a bit hit n miss. Shower in the second bedroom en-suite spurts over the screen making the floor wet but the power pressure is good. Beds comfortable. Found the hairdryer but was a bit wary of using it as it’s old and rattling. Big problem with the tv which was very disappointing as we don’t always want to go out - it was fixed on our penultimate day but then failed again. Would be nice to have some games here. All in all the villa has some good points but missed that little extra tlc and finishing touches that we have experienced in other places in playa Blanca.

Wie auch vor 3 Jahren haben wir uns in der Villa sehr Wohl gefühlt. Dr Kontakt zu Susanna war top und kleinere Problemchen wurden schnell gelöst.Alleine der Ausblick über playa blanca zum Atlantik war atemberaubend schön.Da wir im Rentenalter sind, würde ich evtl. einen Handlauf in den Pool sowie die kleine Treppe zum Whirlpool runter, empfehle. Aber ansonsten alles top

Super schöne vilka

Das Haus und die Lage waren 1a, vor allem der Ausblick auf den Ort und den Atlantik in den Abendstunden war sehr schön. Suzanne stand uns immer mit Rat und Rat zur Seite.
