Relax in the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and enjoy the view of the garden and pool.
Immerse yourself in the charm of the local traditional architecture as, aside from the master bedroom, the space is fully open-plan. The interior layout of the property develops around the sculptural central column where the four cross vaults converge. The property includes a second bedroom with its own bathroom as well as a sitting area and a dining space. A modern fully equipped kitchen will allow you to weave spells of culinary magic or perhaps just chill the wine.
Outdoors, living is shared between two terraces.
On the ground level there is a spacious enclosed front yard where you can cool off in a 35m² swimming pool and relax on the sun-loungers or in the sitting area. Take breakfast at the outdoor dining area while enjoying the view of the cactus garden and the pool. An impressive pergola made of chestnut wood offers protection from the sun should you desire it.
An open-air staircase curls up around the west wall of the property and leads to an upper level terrace with its comfy lounge area. From here, you can enjoy a view of the Santorini uplands and the traditional Episkopi Gonia village or just close your eyes and let the light breeze gently caress your face.

Episkopi Gonia (also known as Mesa Gonia) is a small, peaceful, traditional village nestled at the foothills of Prophet Elias mountain. Not being touristic, this village is not widely known and remains one of the hidden treasures of Santorini for those seeking to relax and enjoy an original Greek experience, away from the crowds, while at the same time being in close proximity to the most significant touristic attractions.
The visitor can stroll around its charming narrow cobblestone streets, admire the traditional architecture and discover its many old churches enjoying the feeling of a bygone era.
Located in the heart of the wine making region of Santorini, this enticing village is surrounded by vast vineyards. Home to three wineries, Episkopi Gonia is the perfect place to wander into the magical world of wine.
