Villa Amore, una encantadora villa privada independiente situada en una zona tranquila, a solo 15 minutos a pie de la playa, los bares y la ciudad. Grandes vistas a la montaña. Amueblado y equipado con un alto nivel, con 2 cómodos sofás de cuero con pantalla LCD de 42 ", televisión completa en inglés, reproductor de DVD, con una pequeña selección de DVD en el salón. Hermosa mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 en el interior. 2 televisores más en 2 de las habitaciones con reproductores de DVD y video. X-Box 360 por favor traiga sus propios juegos. Conexión WI-FI (por favor traiga su propia computadora portátil) también conexión para iPod / ipad. Amplias terrazas orientadas al sur, con comedor al aire libre a la sombra para 6, 8 hamacas y toallas de piscina junto con mesa de billar y barbacoa. 4 encantadoras habitaciones, la principal tiene baño en suite con una enorme bañera y ducha, el segundo baño tiene ducha doble. Servicio de limpieza semanal y cambio de toallas, para estancias de más de 12 noches, paquete de bienvenida pequeño, paquete más grande disponible por un pequeño cargo. Se recomienda reservar con anticipación para evitar decepciones.

Llegamos a la casa y la piscina estaba vacía, nos indicaron que era porque tenían que arreglar una luz, lo que hizo que perdiéramos un día de piscina y la luz seguía sin funcionar. Todo sucio, cojines y sabanas con manchas, cajones con pelusa y pelos, puertas que no cierran, ventanas que no abren. No tenía cafetera, ni mesa de pinpong, la de billar estaba inservible. Enviamos un mensaje a la propietaria para exponerle esto el primer día y ni siquiera nos dio contestación. Casa con muchas posibilidades pero sin ningún cuidado ni mantenimiento. Ni repetiría ni lo recomendaría.

Lovely week away. Villa had everything we needed, including a small but useful welcome package.Having not hired a car we found shops quite a long walk away when carrying heavy water. Cushions and soft furniture seemed grubby( needed a good clean), but generally a good villa and a good week away

Excellent Accommodation

The location was within walking distance to the town and beach area (15 mins walk). Lots of outdoor space for people to have their own space and then come together. Beds very comfortable and villa equipped very well. Owner's communication excellent and property manager Gary dealt with small issues that came up very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful pool

Wonderful heated pool and lovely quiet and relaxing spot. TV with Netflix was great. Pool table unusable. Lots of hot water, showers were ok but tired. Internal doors need attention. Some beds had duvets, others didn’t. Nice proximity to coast, bars and restaurants. Electric scooters available just outside.

Villa Amore

Stayed in Feb half-term. Quiet locality, only a 10-15 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants. Enjoyed use of the pool table, Netflix and the heated pool. Plenty of room in the villa, lots of seating areas and sunbeds. A lovely week 😊

Could be lovely .. but disappointing quality and service

We had numerous issues including not receiving directions from the airport (owner citing computer problems but it still meant us struggling on google maps); being unable to access the property on arrival (mistake made by owner, but she didn't answer our calls. Not fun late at night with 3 tired hungry kids in a dark strange place). When we did finally get in I opened a window in the bedroom and it fell out in my hands, meaning that the 4-bed we paid for could only be used as a 3-bed. We contacted the owner via VRBO with safety concerns and also asked the owner to consider a partial refund. No reply again which we feel is really poor customer service having parted with over €3,400. The property could be nice. It is clean but is in need of a good tidy up. The garden contains numerous items of broken and rusted furniture including an old sofa, an old barbecue and broken chairs. Every drawer in the living area is full of old junk including magazines from 2014 and a guestbook from 2009, as well as drawers full of old leaflets and wires. The fans in the bedrooms are not the silent ceiling mounted type but noisy plug-ins, making it difficult to sleep. One fan did not work. The wall light fixtures in the living room are broken and there are bare wires loose behind the front door. The Xbox is not set up for use and there is no table tennis table. I would imagine that the photos on the site are at least 10 years old, the pool table felt is now a pale grey colour and the cushions have been replaced with tape. The cushions on the sofas outside and dining table have been rotted by the sun. I found it irritating that there are not enough cereal bowls and water glasses and as previous gusts have reported there are issues with the light in the bedroom and jacuzzi bath not working. The pool is smaller than I expected. The management company who have just recently taken over were very helpful although did not have a key meaning we had a further wait for access. However the window remained a concern throughout our stay and the sign outside the front door provides contact details for a different management company. We did receive a mid-stay clean, it was useful to have pool towels and the property is in a location around 15mins walk from the port end of Playa Blanca. I Overall we were very disappointed with the state of the villa, attention to detail and the customer service from the owner and have been left feeling ripped off. It is nice to be home.

The villa as far as where concerned was excellent. Idea for the kids safe and well placed. If we all plan to return to Playa Blanca as a family group this villa will be our first port of call.

Great potential

Spent the first three weeks in May at Villa Amore. I know Playa Blanca well and the arrival instructions were perfect. Such a beautiful villa, with lots of great outside space and a lovely pool. Inside, the house is spacious and you can see that it could be a really lovely home. It’s also a really easy walk into town, cutting down through the new pedestrianised walkway, which brings you out by the ferry terminal, so very central then to the town and the lovely prom that stretches for a few miles either way. Big thanks to the pool guy who was excellent. Gave a few tips on places to visit, including the Cueva de low Verdes. He also introduced me to an app called Geocaching which is well worth a look (it’s a global thing and picks up on your location). People pick out great places to go and things to see/do that may not be the usual touristy things. Now to the “great potential” I mentioned. The villa could be so much better. Outside, the loungers are a bit old, the pool table is too and there is no table tennis table (which had been in the pictures). Inside, it’s all again a little tired. Some lights didn’t work (the en-suite, you needed to use the switch by the basin as the one at the door didn’t. The jacuzzi bath didn’t work. I also let Donna know that the cleaning company had not turned up during our second week. She explained that they were new and would get onto them. Sadly, they didn’t show up at all during the 3 weeks we were there. I let Donna know again the day before we left, in case there were new clients coming in after us, but I didn’t receive a response. Despite all this, my dad described it as his favourite villa of all those we have used over the years. It really does have a lot of potential & I can overlook a lot of the negatives.

Short break

This is a beautiful villa four good size bedrooms plenty of pool towels and towels for shower lots of dishes glasses ect in a beautiful area.we did hire a car which was necessary as we had my mum with me who would have found walk to restaurants beach ect too long however if you had no walking difficulties it's about 15 min walk to everything. What let this property down was the cleaneness of the place the toilets bed linen pool area was clean but when my mum dropped her ear ring under locker and hat to move it it was very dirty also utility room not clean floor all crumbs ect .it does say on description there is an xbox and my son brought his own games but it didn't work which I was glad !!enough xbox at home the jacuzzi bath didn't work light bulbs not working ect however taking all of this into account with a good clean and a few things to be fixed as in bedside lights ect it would be perfect we would go back again and I think the cleaning company could just do a bit better

Heerlijke week in Lanzarote in een mooie villa.

Deze mooie villa ligt op een ideale locatie op 15 min wandelen van de boulevard van Playa Blanca. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien met lekker verwarmd privé zwembad. De host is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom een heerlijke week in een fijn huis op een goede locatie.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus ist absolut marode - eine Vollkatastrophe. Der Aussenbereich war eine Müllkippe, überall lagen verostete Nägel, Rohre und anderweitige, sehr spitze und scharfe Gegenstände. Für uns als Reisegruppe mit drei kleinen Kindern kaum tragbar. Alte Möbel, kaputte Utensilien wie ein maroder Grill, mehrere Teppiche und Holzgegenstände (keine Ahnung, was das vorher war) waren ebenfalls dort gelagert. Im Haus selbst war alles abgewohnt und schmutzig. An mehreren Stellen regnete es herein. Türen klemmten zum Teil so stark, dass man sie kaum öffnen konnte. Andere wiederum waren komplett gesplittert. Schimmel in manchen Ecken, Textilien fleckig und verdreckt (zum Beispiel Gardinen). Unrat in den Küchenschränken, sämtliche Möbelstücke beschädigt. Wir haben mehr als 200 Fotos vom Objekt gemacht, um alles zu dokumentieren. Leider mussten wir elf Tage dort verbringen. Die Vermieterin bat uns zwar eine ihrer anderen Immobilien an, deren Außenanlage im Übrigen ähnlich heruntergekommen war. Allerdings war ein Umzug wegen der staatlichen Restriktionen aufgrund von Corona sowieso nicht möglich. Für alle Interessierten folgend ein Link mit zahlreichen Fotos.

Family Break

A lovely spacious villa in a peaceful area of Playa Blanca yet only a 10 minute walk to beachfront and a variety of bars and restaurants. We stayed here for 10 nights in August/September as a family of 5 (3 small children) and Nana. Being a 4 bedroom property there was plenty of space with a large outdoor area. The Pool area is fantastic and the children loved spending time in a private pool. The property is as advertised with all the amenities you would expect to find. We would definitely return as we all loved the villa and Playa Blanca/Lanzarote is such a beautiful resort/Island.

A great weeks relax

My wife and I where after a lovely villa in a quiet area that was only a maximum 15/20 minute from the centre of Playa Blanca and this villa certainly ticked all those boxes. We where able to get into the villa early which was great and found it to be very spacious, comfortable and quiet! The pool area is great with plenty of sun beds, shaded parts and the pool was a nice temperature throughout our stay! We had a great week and would definitely return to this villa

Relaxing Holiday

The property suited our needs perfectly. It was very homely with a great size pool and lots of space outside and inside. The boys (age 16) really enjoyed the pool table and outdoor space. It was nice and quiet and very private. The villa had everything we needed and as our arrival was a bit unexpected, due to email prob, the management company Spectra did a good job. Plenty of towels & great facilities.

Fantastic Private villa!!

A fantastic private villa with a great pool and outside space with BBQ and plenty of shade and gorgeous plants to admire - our party was 2 couples and it suited us perfectly - lots of room with great kitchen for preparing Lunches and BBQ' s - it is walkable distance ( a bit of a trot! ) to the beach and bars and restaurants or a short taxi ride for a few euros - would defiantly recommend dinner and cocktails at the marina - Donna and Tony were brilliant and would defiantly recommend the villa and stay again - thank you for a brilliant holiday - Isobel :)

Homely but not luxury

Villa Amore is a nice, well equipped villa in a good location . It is fairly quiet and very private, with a spacious outside area, with lovely plants. We were a family of 7 adults. Things we liked : The villa had a very homely feel and had everything needed. It was 15 mins walk a to a large supermarket , where they would order a taxi for you. There was a smaller more expensive shop a 10 minute walk away. The poolside area was lovely , with a great shaded area and very pretty at night with the lights. The air con in the lounge worked well as did the wi fi and the TV. The safe was a welcome addition. What we didn't like: the general cleanliness- we had an issue with the cleanliness / heat of the pool . I emailed Donna and she dealt with it promptly- although the management company 'Spectra' let them down really - they addressed the issues half heartedly. When we arrived there weren't enough towels so we had to contact them - they brought towels round later but when they know how many guests are staying this should not be an issue- it's just inefficiency. I noticed that a previous review had mentioned the same problem - so clearly they Don't learn from their mistakes! The welcome pack consisted of some wine, a few sachets of Nescafé and sugar, with some tea bags out of their packet - so not very fresh. Some water and milk would have been nice. The bed linen / towels were clean but not great quality- the poppers wouldn't close on the duvet covers- some of the pool towels were small/ thin / had holes in. There were no ceiling fans as advertised- only individual fans , which weren't great. One of the hairdryers didn't work and there were a few bulbs that were out. The kettle was so caked up with limescale that the lid wouldn't open. These are all small attentions to detail which would cost very little to rectify , but would make a difference. With a party of 7 adults a second set of keys would have been handy. Villa Amore is essentially lovely but just a bit tired - however, it didn't spoil our holiday- We enjoyed our week here. Lovely villa with pool in attractive garden

We (two couples) enjoyed two fabulous weeks in Donna and Tony's lovely villa. The beds were comfy, the pool was warm and the sun shone (most of the time!) The garden and terraces provide a great outdoor setting for enjoying the pool and alfresco eating. The location is ideal being a relatively short walk to town and set amongst similar properties on a small, smart and quiet development. Tony popped round for a chat to see everything was ok and Donna couldn't have been more helpful throughout the booking process. Worth every one of our five stars! We'll be back next year.

Lovely Villa with tranquil garden

Lovely villa in a quiet location, outside space is lovely with real attention to detail paid to the planting. Although a road runs down the side of the house, the garden walls eliminate almost all of the traffic noise. Lovely deep bath & enough very hot water in the tank to fill it. Kitchen has all the plates, cutlery & general gadgets you could want. Oven is only half-sized so if you are a large party you'll probably find it easier to eat out (there is plenty to choose from within 5 minutes drive). Pool is lovely & big, plus being heated is a bonus! Looking forward to planning our next visit

We live in England and have 5 children under 27. We love holidaying especially in Playa Blanca Lanzarote and have been coming to Lanzarote for over 30 years. we want people to come to our villas and have all the comforts they would have at home.

We love Playa Blanca its peaceful and safe we saw it when there were only about 12 houses there we bought our villa for the location and size particulaly the outside space having 5 kids you need it its very peaceful yet only 15mins walk from town.

Lots of space, peaceful a real home from home.
