Joan’s accommodation provided a comfortable, relaxing and safe stay for us. We had everything we needed and had a fantastic stay. Joan was so accommodating with arrivals and departure/ luggage storage which made our trip so much easier and allowed us to make the most of our stay. He was very responsive over the messaging service and overall cannot be faulted! We would not hesitate to book again for a future Mallorca adventure!

One of my favourite stays

One of my favourite stays. Across the beach, the view in the mornings was the best way to start the day. Super big place and right next to corner shops and restaurants, also not far from port. Joan was super quick to respond if we had any questions. Would recommend this to anyone travelling to Mallorca, definitely would be back again!

We had a nice stay at this apartment . Host Joan was really kind and quick to response our queries . The apartment was really close to the beach with beach view . Very spacious apartment . Perfect location if you are beach lovers and every thing was so close to the apartment .

The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was beautiful — being able to see the beach from the balcony was a real highlight. It was also easy to find, which made arrival smooth. Joan was excellent with communication, very clear and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it to others

We had very good time in the apartment

We had very good time in the apartment. Location was perfect. As we stayed with older person, it was very important to live near Playa de Muro beach. Fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, always spare parking spots. The host was very welcoming, always quickly responded.

Super tidy apartment with all the amenities you need and Joan is super responsive

Super tidy apartment with all the amenities you need and Joan is super responsive. The neighbours that are permanent were also really lovely. The views from the lounge and balcony are spectacular, palms, sea, mountains, and sunbeds a go-go! Parking was easy too in late Sept. We’re first-time visitors to Mallorca so not well-versed in the tourism and locations. If you are the same, this strip of Platja de Muro is 100% tourism full of souvenir shops, and package hotels. Next door is a package hotel complete with mini disco and nightly entertainment, plus the running water of pools - these will be part of your holiday from 7am-11pm. Platja de Muro is a long strip of sandy beach with ample public space between the paid sunbeds. It is very close to the towns ofAlcudia and also Pollenca 🤩, and Formentor has got to be seen. If you enjoy snorkelling Cala Sant Vincenc is very close and beautiful and Bonaire, La Victoria are also close and great. Best was the hike and rock hop to Coll Baix.

Joan was very attentive during our entire stay

Joan was very attentive during our entire stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The apartment has beautiful views of the sea and nature, and it is undoubtedly worth every penny🥴. If you enjoy visiting interesting places, I recommend renting a car. Overall, I strongly advise visiting this part of the island.

At this time a very quiet place

At this time a very quiet place. In high season there would be a lot of noise from the hotel next door. Very nice sea view from the balcony. Very nice beach two minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is very well located, close to the beach, and has a beautiful view

The apartment is very well located, close to the beach, and has a beautiful view. In addition, Juan was a great host, always available for when we needed him. For instance, we had an issue with the electricity (it went down for about 30~40 minutes, after working hours), but Juan responded right away and made whatever was needed to fix it. We had a very nice stay over there :)

Apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped Noisy as it is surrounded on both sides by hotel swimming pools, kids clubs etc. Very noisy at night until 10 pm with hotel entertainment.

Apartment is great and a perfect location. It was clean and the contact with agency was constant and perfect. Only the washing machine could be newer. It was difficult to figure out how to use it.

The apartment is big enough for a family with 2-3 kids

The apartment is big enough for a family with 2-3 kids. It looks exactly like in the pictures and it was very clean when we arrived. Has fridge, microwave, hair dryer, even a washing machine! It is very well situated, 3 minutes walk until sandy beach. Don’t miss the sunshine from the balcony, the view is amazing. The area is also good, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Recommend eating at “The Black Pig”, which is very close and has very good food and service The bathroom is on the small size compared to how many people the apartment can accommodate, but we made due.

Everything went good

Everything went good. Cons: Might be slightly noizy at night as it is located next to a big hotel. Internet connection is good enough for movies and video calls most of the time, but might not be reliable enough for work or gaming. Pros: Awesome views on the sea and close proximity to it. The beach with white sand is just a few minutes walking distance, it was really nice! We had great time, thanks.

El lugar y el departamento son espectaculares

El lugar y el departamento son espectaculares. La playa del muro está a 150 metros y es la mejor de la zona. Alcudia es el lugar para quedarte y hacer base en Mallorca. Hay restaurantes cerca y también supermercados. Incluso para contratar un paseo en barco por la bahía. Si bien es un 2do piso por escalera tiene todo lo que tiene que tener para pasarlo espectacular. Lo super recomiendo!!

El piso es muy lindo, tiene buenas vistas. El único problema es que está al lado de un hotel que 12hs al día tiene música, karaoke, animadores, etc. Es muy ruidoso. Nada, muy bueno el servicio.

Die Wohnung von Joan war genau das, was wir für einen Kurzurlaub brauchten, um Mallorca kennenzulernen. Sie hat alles, was wir brauchten, mit einem schönen Blick auf das Mittelmeer, bequemen Betten und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, wenn wir nicht draußen kochen wollten, wenn wir nicht in eines der nahe gelegenen Restaurants gehen wollten. Die Wohnung ist nur einen Häuserblock von der Hauptstraße und dem Meer entfernt, was sie sehr attraktiv und zugänglich macht. Joan war auch ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Ich würde ihn auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde ihn für einen zukünftigen Besuch auf Mallorca in Betracht ziehen.

Apartamento amplio, luminoso, limpio y con todo el equipamiento necesario, a escasos 150m. de la Playa de Muro. Lugar tranquilo y de fácil aparcamiento. El responsable siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades El ruido de las actividades y entretenimineto del hotel de al lado. Nada grave ya que para las 22:30 cesaba y únicamente se oia ya el sonido de las olas al romper en la playa

Die Eingangstür hatte Spalten und die Stangen an der Wand waren nicht ordentlich befestigt und jedesmal wenn man sich ins Bett gesetzt hat, sind diese an die Wand geknallt.

Grand appartement, bien équipé

Grand appartement, bien équipé. Proximité de la plage et de quelques restaurants. Possibilité de psrquer librement dans la rue devant. L'hôtel all inclusive qui jouxte l'appartement est extrêmement bruyant. Jets d'eau des toboggans dans la piscine très pénible le jour. A partir de 19h, animations pour enfants, puis pour adultes avec un volume sonore extrême jusqu'à 23h. A noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour monter jusqu'au 2ème étage.
