This loft with private terrace is part of the Amalfi Vacation Residence complex and features a large private terrace and use of the residence’s pool. The Amalfi Vacation Residence is the only with outdoor swimming pool located in the center of Amalfi, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, bus stop, ferries, taxi stand, and close to shops, restaurants, bars and everything the center of Amalfi has to offer.


The apartment is excellently maintained, self-catering, and fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, high speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen satellite television, and more.

The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed (this bed can be separated into two single beds), a living/dining room with a double sofa-bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower and one half bathroom.

Besides the private terrace, guests can also enjoy the ample and elegantly furnished outdoor spaces of the residence.

Perfect for couples, the apartment is also a great choice for families of up to 4 people.

The pool is open daily (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) from April 1st to the first week of November, weather permitting.

The loft is on the third floor of the residence at the top of 55 easy steps.

LOCATION:

The loft is located in the center of Amalfi, only about 5 minute walking from Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, the port, and the beach. Shops, boutiques, and artisan workshops selling local specialties like limoncello, handmade Amalfi paper, and ceramics from Vietri are just steps away. There are also excellent restaurants, pastry shops, and cafés located within walking distance. Guests can catch ferries, buses, and taxis near the port, a quick walk from the apartment, to easily explore the other destinations along the coast and the islands (Positano, Capri, Ischia etc).

Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of EUR 35 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and season.

CONFIRMATION POLICY :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.

The balance will be paid on arrival.

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.
