CARTIERA in the only complex with Pool in Amalfi town by AMALFIVACATION.IT

Cartiera is a centrally located self-catering apartment in the only complex (The Amalfi Vacation Residence) with a pool in the heart of Amalfi town, a only 5-minute walk from the beach, ferry, bus and taxi.

It has 3 bedrooms with 1 king-size and 2 queen-size beds (on request, we can provide 2 twin beds in each bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), an open space sitting and dining/kitchen area and a small outdoor space.

The apt includes a brand new air conditioning system (July 2023), heat, dishwasher, washing machine, internet, TV, and stereo.

Apartment Cartiera is located on the first floor of an elegant building in the historic center of Amalfi. THERE ARE ONLY 20 STEPS TO REACH IT

Also at guests' disposal
- A new pool with sun loungers and towels (open from April 1st to the beginning of November, weather permitting);

- The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- Large and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces;

The pool is located across the road from the apartment.

LOCATION
The apartment is well located just a 2-minute walk from Amalfi's shops, restaurants, and cafes while the main square, the beach, the bus station, the taxi stand and the ferries are just 5 minutes on foot.
You can easily visit Positano, Capri and all the other towns along the coast.

Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of EUR 35 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and season.

Confirmation Policy :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.

The balance will be paid on arrival.

Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, an additional fee of €25 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm, the fee increases to €50
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
A different time can be agreed, upon according to the availability
