The house promises complete tranquility thanks to its location at the end of a road that is only used by residents and is still strategically located to the hotspots on Lake Garda. Within 10 minutes by car you can reach the picturesque town of Salò with many good restaurants, beautiful boutiques and a lake promenade that is well worth seeing. From here you can explore all Lake Garda locations by car, bike or ship.

Villa Colombo was completed in 2021 and impresses with high-quality equipment, modern design and a Mediterranean garden with private, heatable pool (10x5m; usable from May to September).

Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a view of Lake Garda and the surrounding hills, or a sunset aperitivo on the roof top terrasse.

The kitchen of the house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, multifunction oven and sufficient high-quality cooking and eating utensils. The guests of Villa Colombo can also use a BBQ for barbecues.

Villa Colombo offers a master bedroom with access to the garden, sufficient cupboard space and an integrated bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet. In the basement of the house you will find the double garage with socket to charge electric vehicles (payment requested), a table tennis table, a room with a laundry room and dryer and another bathroom with shower and toilet, which is used by the pool area. The bathroom leads directly to the pool area. The pool is almost 180cm deep at the deepest point and 140cm at the lowest. Sun loungers and parasols are available by the pool so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing summer holiday. Directly from the house you can enjoy the beautiful nature on foot and go on scenic hikes.
