This nice and modern duplex apartment is located in the tourist center of Funchal, where several hotels, restaurants, stores, beaches and a fantastic promenade where you can end the day with a relaxing walk.

With two floors, this apartment is completely remodeled and has large areas in all rooms. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, one with a double bed, private bathroom and balcony; and two other bedrooms with two single beds and a common bathroom, one of which allows access to the balcony.
The living room and kitchen in open space are located on the lower floor. In this space you will also find a bathroom and access to the balcony with seating area, which offers a fantastic sea view.
This apartment has a maximum capacity for six people and is fully equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant vacation in Madeira Island.
The property has a parking space.

AREA
This property is located in Rampa do Lido, next to an Indian restaurant, a supermarket and the post office branch. It is an area with many services available around, restaurants, bars, hotels, beaches, bike path, promenade, gardens and paddle courts nearby. The nearest Shopping Center (Fórum Madeira) is 900 meters away (3 minutes by car or 13 minutes walk).
It will take about 7 to 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Funchal.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
