Fantastic detached dormer styled house located in Rock near to Wadebridge can sleep 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.
Amenities: Gas central heating and multi fuel burner. Electric oven and hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, TV, DVD Player, WiFi. Fuel and Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 to 3 cars. Level lawned garden with garden furniture and kettle drum BBQ (coals not gas). Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and bakery 0.1 mile. Pub 0.5 mile. Fuel station 0.3 mile.
