Casa Caprifoglio A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps nine people. From Casa Caprifoglio A you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Caprifoglio A is 115 square meters (1240 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a shared patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Città della Pieve, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile), a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles), the bus stop at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Castiglione del Lago beach) at 16.5 km (roughly 10.3 miles).
Casa Caprifoglio A is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately eight stairway steps and then using an elevator.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 8 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a swing. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by century-old trees. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Fitness Room
At the complex you will find a fitness room equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a fitness bench and a rowing machine. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the garden through an external access.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. The wellness room is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the garden through an external access. Here you will be able to have fun with a football table and a game table.  Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include two armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe and a telephone.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through an access area. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the dining room you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. The kitchen has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small terrace.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is frescoed. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid antique-pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a divan bed for one guest. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
