Chalet Brunner 1 is a comfortable garden apartment/condo in a modern Swiss chalet next to a ski slope providing ski-in/ski-out access. The apartment has 4 bedrooms with a capacity for 8 people and has a well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining and lounge area. It also benefits from a steam room/hammam for private wellness and relaxation. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a northwest-facing outdoor terrace and garden with views of the village and mountains beyond.
Located in the beautiful family-friendly "car-free" mountain village and ski resort of Wengen, Chalet Brunner 1 is conveniently located 30 metres from the ski piste, 600 metres from Wengen train station and the nearest supermarket. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood with its own terrace and garden area, perfect for children to play and al fresco dining or simply some downtime and relaxing outside.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 with king-size beds and 2 with two single/twin beds. The living room has a nice cosy feeling for relaxing inside and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to cook and entertain. The open plan of the common rooms makes it easy for everyone to get together and enjoy themselves. The kitchen has a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. For the evenings when you do not want to cook, there are restaurants within 500 metres. And the Hotel Brunner next door has a popular après-ski bar open during the winter ski season (not open late).
The cherry on top is the private steam room/hammam! The best way to relax after a long and adventurous day in the mountains and prepare your muscles and joints for the next one. Additionally, the apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub plus a walk-in shower and WC and one with a walk-in shower. There is also a separate WC.
There is a ski and boot room in the chalet basement and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the communal chalet laundry.

What you should know...
Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is straightforward. There is a large multi-storey car park (paid) next to Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just an 11-minute scenic mountain train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes during the day and every 60 minutes from 21:30 until 02:40 AM. Taxis/luggage transportation is available for hire at Wengen train station if required.
