MAY'S GARDEN COTTAGE, una cabaña histórica actualizada tallada en una granja del centro de la década de 1880, ofrece un encanto y comodidades excepcionales. Ubicado a 4 cuadras de la I-630 a poca distancia del distrito de SoMa y a 5-7 minutos en coche del mercado del río. No hay espacio compartido, se admiten mascotas con desayuno de cortesía.

Casualmente sofisticado, May's Cottage tiene capacidad para 4 en dos habitaciones queen. La habitación principal es una sala de estar de planta abierta, un dormitorio queen que se abre a un patio privado. El segundo dormitorio del jardín tiene un pequeño porche con vistas al jardín. Bañera de hidromasaje para dos con ducha y batas de spa, además de una cocina totalmente amueblada hace que esta sea una gran escapada. Las comodidades estándar incluyen: WiFi, cable, dos televisores, check-in y check-out automático, aire acondicionado centralizado y calefacción con ventiladores de techo en todas partes. Beautiful, quiet cottage!

We loved our stay. Very clean, comfortable, very nice bathroom. Everything we needed, great garden area for our dog. We didn’t have time to explore the neighborhood but it was very conveniently located for our road trip. What a nice break from hotels/motels! We would definitely stay again.

Cozy Charming Cottage

The property was as the listing indicated. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and we slept very well. Perhaps the outstanding feature of the property is charm. We would stay here again.

Very clean and great space

We stayed here for one night as we were passing through town and it was perfect. It was very nice to have a little fenced in area for our dogs. The place was very clean and there was more space than I had anticipated. We walked to Mockingbird & Tacos and Loblolly creamy and would highly recommend both!

Nice cottage, lovely breakfast included

The property and neighborhood are a little tired, but the cottage is cute and larger than expected and the innkeeper attentive. The delicious homemade breakfast delivered and included in price is a definite plus.

Cozy Stay

Romantic getaway. Quiet, close to downtown. Some trouble finding all light switches. Never found from porch switch. Unscrewed bulb for the night. Very clean and comfy.

Super Cozy!!

Every itch of this property was inviting and comfortable and clean!! The breakfasts we had were yummy and sooooo convenient…. In the fridge when we arrived!!! The garden area was a great place to relax and take in the quiet!! Thx for being so responsive as well!!

A charming spot with a large and lovely backyard!

It was just what we were looking for: a cozy, pet friendly place right in Little Rock! The owner was really nice and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Process of renting was easy. This property is close to downtown Little Rock, resturants and attractions. Garden is was a bonus.

Peaceful

The cottage was just beautiful and the location where it is at was fabulous! We truly enjoyed our time and the host was available when we needed her. Finding the cottage was difficult at night (make sure you have all clarifications before arrival). Also, driveway is VERY small make be careful. Overall, our stay was great!

Betsy, thank you for such a lovely review and the "caution" to new guests. The nature of private cabin-cottages is that no one is in residence ... it's all yours! As for the driveway, well, it was put there in 1880 and I'm sure it perfectly accommodated the original owner's horse & buggy. We bump up against the house on one side and a 140 year old retaining wall on the other so there's no widening it. We do have access to the parking lot that is adjacent and many guests with over-sized vehicles choose that option. Now that you know the ends and outs, your next visit will be a breeze!

Home away from home

What a lovely cottage and hostess! We were visiting our son, who is in the US Air Force, and found the cottage a wonderful retreat for us all. We were able to make him "home cooked" meals, go for walks, and just lounge around. In addition, the cottage is very conveniently located which enabled us to head out and about and see all that Little Rock has to offer. We loved it so much, we have already booked our next visit!

I love being a cottage innkeeper, working from my own 1880s farmhouse surrounded by peace , beauty and wonderful guests who seem to enjoy my updated, vintage cottages.

Rosemont is a farmhouse built in 1880 still retaining much of the original construction. I moved here from a career in Dallas advertising with the desire to restore this lovely historic house and turn it into my home and an inn. After 18 years of traditional innkeeping, I converted the space to private cottages. I love everything about my life in the house, the neighborhood and my cottages.
