The six bedrooms include: one super-king-size, one king-size with an en-suite bathroom, another king-size, one twin with Jack-and-Jill access to the shower room, one single with a child bed and one day bed with a cot, as well as a family bathroom, shower room and a cloakroom. The property is also served by a kitchen/diner with AGA and woodburning stove, another kitchen, first-floor utility, sitting room, drawing room with open fire and a boot room. The kitchen/diner features an AGA with electric oven and hob, as well as a fridge/freezer, whilst the other kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave and two dishwashers. The first-floor utility is home to a washing machine and tumble dryer. In terms of entertainment, there is a Sky TV, WiFi, a selection of books and games. Outside there are large mature gardens with lawns, gravelled areas, patio and furniture, along with a rear paddock with lawn and off-road parking. The property features underfloor heating, AGA, woodburning stove and an open fire, which are all including in the rent, along with fuel, starter packs, bed linen and towels.
