The village houses the Garvagh Museum, several convenience stores, cafes, a butchers, and a gift shop, as well as an array of restaurants and takeaways, including the Vines Wine Bar & Restaurant, The Pantry, the Lucky Dragon Chinese Takeaway, and Bee Gee's Fish & Chips.
