Disfrute de las vacaciones en la playa que siempre ha imaginado en nuestro condominio familiar recién terminado de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, a solo unos pasos de la famosa playa, paseo marítimo y centro de convenciones de Wildwood. Ideal para niños y familias numerosas. Hermosa cubierta cubierta GRANDE con áreas separadas para comer y sentarse al aire libre, ideal para tomar un café por la mañana, cenar al aire libre y reuniones familiares para disfrutar de los fuegos artificiales del viernes. NUEVO en la unidad de lavadora y secadora, y NUEVO sistema central de aire y calefacción en todo. Nueva ducha privada al aire libre. Estacionamiento fuera de la calle y espacio de garaje para 3 autos en total.

Área de estar: cocina completa y espaciosa, abierta y luminosa, y área de estar con pisos de madera noble recién pulidos. Nueva tostadora, cafetera y máquina KEURIG. Sofá cama grande y cómodo con colchón nuevo de primera línea, mesa de comedor y TV gigante. Luminoso baño compartido en el pasillo principal con combinación de bañera / ducha.

Habitaciones: 1 habitación con una nueva cama queen cómoda, 1 habitación con dos camas individuales a juego, ambas con grandes armarios. Suite principal con una nueva cama queen, 2 armarios grandes y baño principal privado con amplia ducha. Pisos de madera y ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones. Servicio de WiFi y cable también disponible.

Sábado a sábado alquiler semanal o alquiler de fin de semana disponible. Check-in 3 PM el primer día, check-out 10 AM el último día.

Me, my sister and our daughters decided to do a last minute beach getaway for Labor Day weekend. This property couldn't have worked better for us! So close to the beach and boardwalk! And, the house had every amenity you could need! What a pleasure to have the availability of beach chairs, a beach umbrella (and hole digger), cooler and wagon to haul it all to the beach! The house was equally appointed with a fun beach theme and fully stocked cupboards! We had such an enjoyable weekend! Thank you Gerry and Jill for hosting me and my family!Diana

This was the best Vrbo experience we have had yet! Jill was extremely helpful and having beach equipment already there was amazing for us. If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay look no further! This is our second time renting this beautiful condo. It’s in a perfect location within walking distance of everything, I honestly moved my car twice once to go food shopping and then when we had to leave. The condo is spacious, my mother & I were comfortable in the master bedroom, my daughter (19) & her friend shared a room and my son (13) and his friend stayed in the back bedroom with the bunk beds. Everyone had plenty of room to move around comfortably. The deck is comfortable and secluded, every morning my mother and I enjoyed our morning coffee together. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans of all sizes, cutting boards, coffee pot & Keurig. There’s an assortment of games to choose from. It’s honestly the best place we’ve ever rented. Our week flew by! Looking forward to coming back again. The owner is amazing checking in throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thanks again for everything!

Everything Expected & More!

What a delightful time we had as a family! Jill’s condo was everything expected (listing) and more! The overall environment was peaceful, friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped…abundance of dishes, flatware and glassware and cooking equipment (pots. pans, bowls, pitchers). We had so much space to be together (common areas) as well as spread out (3 spacious bedrooms). Our family appreciated feeling so well taken care of by Jill and the property manager, Gerry! Weekend getaway

The condo is practical, comfortable and beautifully decorated/furnished. Accurate description with easy check in and Jill was very communicative with instructions. Location was perfect to boardwalk and restaurants. We loved starting our day sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee in the morning.

Beautiful place & location

This is spacious and well kept. The covered deck was a great spot to spend time. The location is amazing, being about one block from the board walk. Overall our stay was excellent.

Awesome Home

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo located in a safe neighborhood close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Family loved sitting outside on the deck playing cards, board games or talking about all the fun we experienced during the day. The owner, Jill, was extremely helpful, friendly and the check in process was super easy. We would absolutely come back. Thanks so much Jill.

Fam Aug 2024 Wildwood stay

We had a fantastic family vacation in Wildwood last week. Our rental was great for our needs. It was clean with a nice open floor plan with plenty of room for six adults and our one year old granddaughter. We enjoyed the deck which was spacious and had plenty of seating for all. Having the high chair there was so convenient, along with the two beach wagons. The location was ideal, being so close to the boardwalk and the beach. We like visit Cape May during our stays and were able to easily drive to the Cape May Winery and Beach Plum Farm, which were both great experiences. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely rental. We would definitely consider staying there again on future trips to Wildwood. Michele B

Family Vacation

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Wildwood. Wir kommen jeden Sommer und haben uns für dieses tolle Appartement entschieden. Es hat alles gepasst, tolle Lage gerade beim Boardwalk und Strand es gab sogar Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme sowie Kühlboxen und 2 Garagenplätze zum benutzen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem neuen Zustand. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Beautiful place so close to beach/boardwalk

We loved everything about our stay here in Wildwood! It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Condo had everything you needed and was so close to the boardwalk and beach. We walked to the boardwalk every night, walked to mini golf and even some restaurants. It was in the best location. We especially loved the large outdoor patio, where we had most of our meals and played cards and games. The owners were wonderful to talk to and communicate with. We would definitely rent here again if we come back to Wildwood anytime soon!

Great place, great location

This was booked as a last minute trip. There were not many properties available. Luckily I found this property and it looked nice so I booked. I was skeptical. When we got there I was extremely satisfied. Very clean and spacious. Nicely updated and lots of windows for natural light. Balcony was really nice and inviting too. Will be booking again.

This house was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Very roomy for 7 adults. Wonderful covered porch. This was a very easy and smooth experience and it was a pleasure for our family to stay here while we were in town for a family wedding.

Perfect Memorial Day Getaway!

We had a fabulous time staying at this shore house! Eveything about the house and location is perfect for a family to enjoy their time in Wildwood. The house to close to everything and is equipped with all the conforts of home to come back to after a day onnthe beach and boards. We had quity family time relaxing on the covered deck each night with tons of laughs and all the beds were comfortable for a great nights sleep. Highly reccomend staying here and we will definitely look to stay here for our next teip to Wildwood. Thank you Jill for allowing my family to spend some time in your shore home this weekend!

Now that we have our own beach condo, we want to help other families get the same great experiences we had. We love the bustling boardwalk, great sandy beaches, and beautiful water. There's nothing better than riding a bike along the boardwalk to get some coffee, see the sunrise, grab lunch, or just get some exercise. We hope you and your family fall in love, just like we did!

We love our Wildwood condo because it's the best of all worlds. It's spacious, bright, and open on the inside, less than a block to the boardwalk for fun and games and great food, and a short walk to the beach to catch some rays and go for a swim. It satisfies everything we love about the beaches of New Jersey - a private, comfortable retreat close to all the action-packed fun of the boardwalk and water parks and beaches. We purchased the condo in 2016 so we love exploring and finding all the amazing stores and restaurants and beach-front bars in the area too, and would love for you to experience all it has to offer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The covered HUGE deck is our favorite part of the condo - its size and views can't be beat. We set up both outdoor seating and dining areas to be able to use it all day and night. Whether relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the sights and smells of the beautiful ocean air, or enjoying an outdoor dinner with the family at sunset, we could spend all day on our deck. When you're not at the beach, boardwalk, or great area restaurants, you'll love getting as much use out of the covered deck as possible.
