Brand new stainless steel appliances. Beautiful new vinyl plank flooring throughout home. Brand new ductless

Park your car and don't worry during your stay walk to everything no streets to cross . Prime location only 385ft steps to the boardwalk & beach. Walk to everything: Sam's Pizza and Gateway 26 arcade, seaport pier , Raging Waters & Ocean Oasis waterpark, restaurants, bars , entertainment and the convention center. Take in all wildwood has to offer: free beaches, weekly Friday night fireworks at 10pm right from the comfort of your yard. Historical sites such as Hereford lighthouse & great restaurants.
Golfing and cape May Short drive away.

Parking for 2 cars on premises. Linens provided. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, WIFI, brand new Roku55 inch LG TV, Washer and Dryer, two beach chairs, small cooler, umbrella.

1 large fenced in yard with driveway for two cars . BBQ area and picnic table outside.
1 propane tank provided for each weekly stay.


FAMILIES ONLY must be over 25 years old to rent.

Lovely, well-appointed, home in terrific location - steps from boardwalk! Owner provided all necessary information/assistance - friendly and courteous. Property was clean and easy to find. Would recommend without hesitation!

Nicely kept and redone property. Great location. A second bathroom would be great for the amount of bedrooms that are in the house. Very nice and clean! Good communication with host.

GREAT LOCATION GREAT STAY!

We loved our stay over the Labor Day weekend. The location couldn’t have been better. Felt like we were on the boardwalk. Will be booking again for sure.

Perfect location

The property was perfect for our family. The location to the beach and boardwalk were ideal with 2 young children. The place was well stocked and very clean. We would recommend this property.

One of best places we’ve stayed

Owners did phenomenal job ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. A real gem of a house in an excellent location. Beautifully redone interior with brand new appliances throughout. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

Excellent Stay! Far exceeded our expectations. Multi generational family vacation of 8/ 80+, 50+ and young adults ranging from 19 to 23. The location was great with lots to do for all. The host was attentive and we had everything we needed. Would recommend this rental for anyone looking to be close to the beach, amusement park and restaurants

Great Family Vacation

Photos accurately depict the house- it is just steps away from the boardwalk. The two porches are great spaces. We stayed two weeks- perfect weather. Access to two near by pools delighted both great nephews- one pool is 7 feet deep- a true delight for a seven year old. Owner responded quickly to all matters.

The check was seamless. The owner contacted me as soon as the property was available. When we arrived everything was spotless and the place was ready for our family to enjoy a week at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and my husband was able to make a full course meal for the family. This was our second time staying here. We love the space of the house and the location is ideal for my 2 grandsons who want to go to the boardwalk every day.Another plus for me and the grandsons is the availability of a pool. We went to the pool several times after being in the beach.Jay was very responsive to our questions. I would recommend this home to families with little kids.

Perfect place to stay

This property was exactly as listed! Clean, charming everything you can want in a vacation home. The location to the boardwalk and the beach and food spots was great. Having parking for our cars was a super bonus with a parking lot directly behind us. My grandson loves fireworks, and we were able to watch them right from our driveway and saw them perfectly. The owners were a delight to work with always quick to answer. Any questions that you may have. The home was immaculate. Would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The yard pleas also perfect, we were able to grill, sit outside and set up a small kids pools for my grandsons. The offered access to 2 pools that the owner owns ( a 1 minute walk across the street) was a great option should we wanted to use it.

This was a perfect vacation in a perfect location. Jay Battas went above and beyond to communicate all we needed to know and made sure he was available if needed. The location is fantastic, no roads to cross to stroll under the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was as described and was perfect for our family of 9. There is a large yard to barbecue or play outdoor games. Everything you needed is included and the kitchen is well supplied. All the furniture and beds were comfortable. It was nice that beach items and games are there for your use. Great spot for the beach, Moreys Pier and the many restaurants and boardwalk shops. You can see the boardwalk fireworks from the comfortable adirondack chairs at the home. Our family totally enjoyed the use of this home and plan to return in the future. Great place for a vacation and Jay made our stay stress free.

What a beautiful rental!

The rental is in prime location to 26th street entrance and conveniently located near both Sams and Santucci’s pizza. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The 5 bedrooms are perfect for sleeping and this place adequately holds 10 people. The kitchen is nice and the yard is large to serve guests as well as parking. We were able to fit 5 cars and a suburban in the yard while still having room to barbecue and entertain 15 people. The property manager was amazing and greeted us in person to provide details on the swimming pool location. The house was stocked when we first arrived with some coffee, a bottle of local wine, and some chips. The next morning they sent around some local bagels. I would recommend the property manager and this house. It was a fantastic trip for the family. Definitely recommend this house and would love to rent again.
