Apartment Royale is a stylish two-bedroom apartment located in the historic Majestic building in the centre of Chamonix. Just 200m from the Brévent ski lift and 200m from the town centre, the location makes it easy to enjoy skiing, restaurants, and shops without needing a car.



Built in 1913 as luxury tourist accommodation, the Majestic is known for its high ceilings, wide corridors, and airy, spacious apartments, creating a unique historic atmosphere in the heart of town.



THE SPACE

The apartment features a large open-plan living area that makes the most of the Majestic’s grand proportions. The space includes a comfortable sofa (sofa bed), dining table for six, and a TV corner with a large screen.



High double French windows open onto a small balcony with views towards the surrounding mountains.



The American-style kitchen is well equipped and centred around a long wooden breakfast bar, creating a sociable and practical space for cooking and dining.



The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms plus the sofa bed in the living area.



Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a small bath with shower.

Bedroom 2: Smaller bedroom located just off the living space.



The main bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Apartment Royale sits between the Brévent ski lift and Chamonix town centre, both just a short walk away. The central location means you can easily enjoy the valley without needing a car.

Great Location! Well equipped! Easily walkable to Le Brevent gondola, and only minutes from the town bus to access the other ski areas! Beautiful views of Le Brevent from the family room and bedroom! Quick walk to the delicious restaurants and shops of Chamonix!

Great apartment. Very nice size and well appointed. And the location was great. Very close to heart of Cham, but quiet and removed from the noise and hussle. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Central apartment

We had a good stay at this apartment, it is well presented and comfortable, good bathrooms and facilities, The building is quite iconic in Chamonix and has a lot of charm. The property manager was very helpful and responded really quickly to any queries. The parking was a real bonus. As everything is walkable .

Chamonix Ski Trip

The apartment was exactly as described and we were very comfortable there. It is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and the ski bus and includes parking. We had a little difficulty finding the building when we arrived because we were looking for the street address and could not find a street sign. Follow the signs for Congres Le Majestic and you will have no problems. Merci bien!

Very nice stay

Very nice, properly equipped apartment in great location. Communication with management was at times not efficiency. Picking up and dropping of keys in the office is not convenient, especially if you do not have a car. It would have been very nice if there was an assigned parking space. Usually finding a space was not a problem but on the weekend it was a struggle.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. This building has a large car park and we've never received comments before about difficulty finding a space. This review was left by clients who stayed for the New year period, the busiest week of the year. The car park is accessed via a barrier. Guests arriving by car need to collect the barrier remote from our office which is approximately 2 mins drive from the residence. Guests arriving without a car DO NOT need the barrier remote and therefore, they can check in to the apartment without needing to come to a separate address. The residence is accessed via a code and the keys to the apartment are in a key locker next to the apartment door ( codes are sent to guests 2-3 days before arrival )
