Espectacular vivienda de reciente construcción en El Campello, junto a Cala Amerador.



La casa dispone de aire acondicionado en toda la vivienda, 5 amplios dormitorios, 4 baños completos y 1 aseo, pensada para ofrecer el máximo confort.



Cuenta con parcela independiente y una piscina exterior climatizada, disponible de marzo a octubre (ambos inclusive), perfecta para disfrutarla durante gran parte del año.



La vivienda está equipada con todas las comodidades, ideal para estancias en familia o con amigos. Su ubicación es excelente: el tranvía se encuentra a solo 5 minutos caminando, facilitando el acceso a toda la costa y al centro.



Un entorno tranquilo y privilegiado, en un lugar precioso para desconectar y disfrutar del Mediterráne



Para facilitar su llegada, unos días antes recibirá una solicitud para realizar un depósito de seguridad en línea. Este depósito de seguridad no será debitado ni impactado en su cuenta bancaria. Este procedimiento está autorizado por su plataforma de reservas.

the house is very clean and the environment is pleasant, the house is prepared for families and large groups and the exterior is perfect with a swimming pool and barbecue, recommended.

Beautiful House!

We had a great weekend at this beautiful house. The neighborhood is largely still under construction, but it isn’t a long walk to the beach. We loved our time there, but the one thing I will mention is that we were given the wrong house number and therefore had to spend a very long time figuring out ourselves how to check in (autonomous process). We almost thought we wouldn’t be able to get in at all.

Difficult to get response from the host but a nice house

Lovely house. Clean and fresh. We sent a complaint about a pocket slide door that could not close to a bedroom and a broken wine opener. None of these things where fixed during our stay. It was quite a few emails back and forth with Fidalsa, and they said they would fix it. Their English skills are not great so also some misunderstandings.

Bed Bugs and Terrible Customer Service from VRBO

Upon arrival, we noticed that the villa number that they confirmed was different from the villa number they had us stay in. The pool was foggy/not clean or swimmable. After our first night, we discovered **bed bugs**—I have photo evidence of both my bites and the bugs themselves. We immediately reported this to VRBO host who tried to be accommodating (saying they would get a new mattress and bomb the house). Being unaware of how many bugs there were and if they were in other bedrooms, this was an health risk we were not willing to take. We contacted VRBO and were told to book a hotel, assured we'd be refunded. Instead, the host only gave us a partial refund for 3 out of 5 nights, despite the fact that we stayed just ONE night, with our luggage exposed the entire time during the second night while we were trying to sort out our situation. To make matters worse, VRBO **denied our refund** after promising to cover it. I have email proof of their false assurances. We were left to deal with the stress, extra expenses, and risk of bringing bed bugs home. **Avoid VRBO listings at all costs as they says they will be helpful but end up leaving you to deal with the mess and headache. Unfortunately this review will not allow photos for evidence but I will be happy to share them on VRBO Facebook page.
