Beautiful villa

The villa is gorgeous & very spacious. The sea view is lovely & the breeze much welcomed in height of summer. Host very helpful. Approx 15min walk to tram stop. El Campello very nice to visit with lots of places to eat & a long sandy beach.

Amazing place

This house is just amazing. The view is absolutely stunning, and the location on the Amerador beach is perfect. We were four families - including 8 adults and 8 children. The houses are very well equiped and very tastefully decorated, and the size on the house and the outdoor areas is very well suited for many people. We loved that the beach were so quiet and laidback, and strongly recommend to visit the beach bar for ice creams during day time, and for a Mojito at night. :-) We hope to be back next year and strongly recommend this house.

Eleven have fun in Spain!

A group of us, varying ages from around 45-89 enjoyed the house very much. There is plenty of room for everyone, in fact we had a few spare beds. The terrace is huge - the pool is a good size, and on the really hot days there are several shady areas which make being outside a pleasure. There is a tram line within 10 minutes walk which runs down to Alicante and up to Benidorm (Benidorm is around 45 minutes, Alicante around 30 minutes), so if you want a dose of crowded streets, take a ride! Our group went in both directions although not at the same time, and found it easy to find, easy to pay (you pay on the tram) and it ran regularly. Robert the owner will give you a timetable as you arrive. The area around the house is mostly modern suburbs, so this is not a villa to book for the view at the back. However, the view at the front, overlooking the Med, is a pleasure to get out of bed for. We saw several wonderful sunrises. Safe too for small children as the terrace and pool area is completely secure unless you leave a gate open. There's also a covered eating area outside, so breakfast there if you can. Owner Robert is really professional and will go through details and your contract at top speed. But he also is available at any time by phone (or rather by "whatsapp", which he installed on the Luddite's phone in double quick time!). He helped us too by suggesting a local taxi firm who picked us up from the Airport, and did shopping runs on a daily basis plus a night run to Alicante for a meal out. Robert arranged for them to hold our luggage on our last day between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm as we had "free time" before we had to get to the airport. We were dropped in Alicante for the day, and picked up exactly where we were dropped off and the luggage was in the back awaiting us. Taxis in this area are not expensive, so we took advantage of them. If you want to go shopping or eating, either a car, or take a taxi. We arrived and left by taxi and did all the shopping too, so it can be done. Robert explained to us that we should leave things as clean as we found them...... we found an uncleaned BBQ, and several plates and bowls put away not washed. We did a little better ourselves when we left! The only complaint from our group was over the pillows. We didn't ask the owner to buy new ones for us, but perhaps in the winter season an upgrade would be a good idea, as I spent a week with mine folded in half and wrapped in a towel to keep it there.

costes electricidad

El tener que pagar por el consumo de electricidad nos parece abusivo. Es cierto que hay que controlar que el consumo no se dispare por un mal uso de los equipos, especiulmente los de aire condicionado. Pero el cobrar por la electricidad implica que se ha pagado por la cosumida por los termos eléctricos, el microondas, la kettle, la bomba de la piscina, la TV, el alumbrado, ... Este consumo debería estar incluido en el coste del alquiler. Creo que se debería cobrar el consumo de electricidad a partir de la cantidad de consumo normal, no desde el primer Kw-h

Vistas inmejorables

Su emplazamiento junto al mar es inmejorable. Las instalaciones exteriores son amplias y permiten disfrutar de ellas, tanto durante el día en la piscina como por la noche. La cocina amplia y muy bien surtida de todo tipo de utensilios En cuanto a las instalaciones interiores, la casa principal es agradable, amplia y confortable. La casa de invitados es inferior, mas antigua y peor conservada. Durante nuestra estancia se produjo una inundación como consecuencia de una tromba de agua, que nos obligo a desalojar la casa de invitados a las tres de la madrugada. Aunque el incidente fue bastante desagradable, hay que resaltar el comportamiento de Robert que se presento al día siguiente con un grupo de operarios para reparar los daños experimentados en la casa, jardín y piscina. A pesar de ello ha sido una estancia francamente agradable

Estimada Carmen, gracias por tu review. Nos alegra mucho que lo pasasteis tan bien que habéis reservado de nuevo para el 2020. Respecto a la lluvia torrencial extraordinaria que tuviste que sufrir nos supo muy mal y como ya te dije el problema de las aguas de pluviales de la propiedad colindante que llenaron dos dormitorios de la casa pequeña con dos dedos de agua ya lo hemos solucionado con los vecinos de forma definitiva. El agua de lluvia del vecino ya no pasara más por nuestra propiedad. Gracias de nuevo por tu estancia y hasta Agosto 2020.

Villa Amerador is een fantastische accomodatie om je (groeps)vakantie door te brengen. De accomodatie is goed onderhouden, en is nog ruimer dan op de foto's. Het uitzicht op zee is genieten. Het contact met de (Nederlands sprekende) beheerder is prettig verlopen. Op 10 minuutjes lopen is een metrostation, waarmee je makkelijk naar de omliggende plaatsjes reist. Advies is wel om een auto te huren, aangezien de supermarkt een stuk reizen is.

Très bon séjour, emplacement magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette villa. Elle est idéalement placé face mer et au calme. Séjour vraiment très bien. Seul internet ne fonctionne pas vraiment (mais pas évident quand nous sommes 13) et la cuisine manque de certaines choses pour les groupes. Mais sinon la villa est idéal pour passer un séjour en groupe. Merci encore à Robert pour son accueil et ses conseils ! Nous reviendrons !

Comfortable accommodation

Robert was a very helpful and pleasant villa manager/owner who gave us all the support that we asked for. An excellent villa that was only let down by not having anywhere within easy walking distance to buy daily requirements. A very picturesque, pleasant and peaceful location.

A week in paradise

Fantastiskt hus som rymmer många utan att det känns trångt.

Vi var som mest 18 personer varav 5 barn. Villan som är ofantligt stor kändes aldrig trång. Allmänytor både inne och ute gjorde att om man ville sitta lite ensam och ta igen sig så var det inga problem. Rummen är fina och sängarna var mycket sköna. När vi kom dit kände vi oss välkomna genom att sängarna var bäddade och handdukarna var framlagda. Vi använde i huvudsak endast det stora köket som var väl utrustat med porslin, glas mm. Två stora kyl och frysskåp. Poolen var helt underbar vilket inbjöd till både dopp i soluppgången och på kvällen. Bra med lyse på kvällen i poolen. Tyvärr var det ett flertal lampor både inne och ute som borde ha bytts. Sammanfattningsvis så blev vistelsen här de underbaraste två veckor som vi alla fick uppleva och det var vi överens om.

Amazing property, calm and relaxing

The house(s) are beautiful will all marble/stone floors. Aircon in every bedroom and living rooms. Good holiday standard on amenities. Outside area and views are breathtaking. Tram only 10min walk away, takes you into nearby cities. Robert is an experienced landlord who takes care of any need you might have, top notch. Only "negative" is that you have to get transport to get to a restaurant, but not a real issue. We'd love to come back another time!

Tolle und exklusive Finca !

Die Finca ist einfach toll. Sie ist super ausgestattet, sehr viel Platz und sehr gepflegt. Wir waren mit insgesamt 13 Personen für eine Woche dort. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist dieser unbeschreibliche Meerblick! Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Robert Colijn !!! Ein überaus sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Betreuer während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir machen schon seit über 20 Jahren einen solchen Urlaub aber noch nie haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles ... Es war eine tolle Woche ... eine Weiterempfehlung ist garantiert !!! 6 von 5 Sternen 😜😜😜

Prima vakantie huis, met name voor families.

We zijn met onze familie hier te gast geweest in September . We waren met 11 volwassenen en 4 ( kleine ) kinderen. Het huis en terras zijn hiervoor uitermate geschikt, volop ruimte. Het zeezicht blijft indrukwekkend.

Amazing ammount of space, inside & out

The inside of the property was well appointed and modern, one side better than the other though. Outside space around pool and dining areas was massive and really well laid out & maintained. The view straight out to sea was fantastic, especially having a few drinks watching the sun go down and the moon appearing with only the sound of the lapping waves below, rally relaxing We had 5 Pairs of adults and four children under ten, and had more than ample room. The location really lends to hiring a car, although taxi's are not too expensive for getting supplies of food and drink, the local Aldi, being new and spacious with better fare than the UK version A tram is a short walk away and runs regularly to El Campello, which has everything we needed, including large nice beach, as well as going along the coast to Benidorm or Alicante The weather ( End of May into June) was 7 days of sunshine with a slight breeze, perfect for most. Note;- be aware of the electric charge coming out of your deposit, as well as cleaning and a little commission, not too bad got 75% of deposit back, and I didn't even know part of the payment was deposit I am considering going back, it was the best extended family holiday we have had, I would recommend this location to any family

Fantastisk sted for en stor familie

Vi har været tre generationer (12 personer) i alderen 11 til 77 år. Der er overmåde god plads til alle ude som inde. Der kan bades og øves tekniske færdigheder i fodbold på det store udendørs areal, som iøvrigt er beplantet på smukkeste vis. Man har rig mulighed for selv at tilberede mad i de to køkkener med ialt tre køleskabe og plads til at flere kan kokkere samtidig. Måske savnede vi flere ens vinglas og evt. lysmulighed over grillen om aftenen. Robert var en venlig punktlig og ihærdig mand. Alt i alt et ophold i et stort hus med super beliggenhed, som kun kan anbefales. Bitten og Ove Kaarsbo, Hjørring, DK

Fantastiske rammer med en vidunderlig beliggenhed.

Vores familie bestående af ialt 16 personer, bedsteforældre, børn, svigerbørn og børnebørn har netop haft en fantastisk uge i denne suverænt lækre villa. Med tre småbørnsfamilier er huset fantastisk fordi det er så rummeligt, såvel indendørs som udendørs. Indendørs var det store velindrettede køkken praktisk og de mange soveværelser så fint anvendelige. Udendørs var den meget store terrasse med legemuligheder og poolen et for os fast samlingssted til glæde for alle aldre. Det, de store børnebørn vil huske, tror vi, er den aften de spontant fik væltet de fleste forældre samt vi to bedsteforældre med alt tøjet på i poolen😊 Det helt vidunderlige ved denne villa er desuden beliggenheden: lige ud til havet. Havudsigt er for de fleste i vores familie en lise for sjælen. Stranden som man så bare kan gå lige ned til er stenet. Vi fandt små steder, hvor de små børn kunne stable og lege med sten og vi voksne få en fantastisk badetur i klart havvand. Det tager 10 minuttet i bil til en ren sandstrand, når vi ønskede det. Vi havde en god relation til ejeren, Robert, som både var hjælpsom og gav os relevante informationer. Vi kan varmt anbefale Villa Amerador til en storfamilietur👍 Hanne og Jørgen fra Odense.

Stunning views from a spacious villa

The villa is amazing. Spacious very clean with all the amenities needed in a home from home.Comfortable beds Plenty of bathrooms . With lots of outdoor space the grounds, garden and large pool ,are all well maintained. The vast space that contains the pool has a covered terrace to sit .Plenty of chairs tables and loungers.We could observe our grandchildren in the pool from all angles (a bonus ). However what made our holiday was the breathtaking sea view .Cool breezes Brilliant sunshine all our family enjoyed it immensely.We will return .

Villa Amerador är ett fantastiskt ställe vid havet med vågornas brus och en magisk vy med hela havet utanför. Huset är rymligt och välutrustat och vackert med sin stora terass pool , palmer, bougainvillas och vinrankor. Vi var 11 vuxna ,2 ungdomar och 5 barn mellan 75 och 2 år (barn med resp ,barnbarn,barnbarnsbarn). Många utflyktsmål runt om och vi gjorde en del utflykter även om alla var ense om att vi hade allt vi ville och behövde i villan.. Vi badade även i havet varje dag och besökte den lilla baren på stranden.Fina tips fick vi av ägaren Robert som snabbt svarade på frågor o snabbt kom till vår hjälp när det behövdes. Vi är alla ense om att vistelsen i villa Amerador var ett minne för livet!!!

Great house with fantastic view.

With 10 adults and 7 kids in the ages from 2 months up to 14 years we spent a week together in these fantastic houses. The glassed poarch was very valuable during the windy days, the kitchen was well equiped and the view was fantastic. The surroundings was a bit off from shops and bars but the tram to Alicante or Benidorm stops only 5-10 minutes walk from the house. With a so many people we needed a car for shopping groseries but luckily two parking spots inside the gates was included. Would love to come back again.
