74 Springwood es una casa adosada del segundo piso, recientemente redecorada con una encantadora decoración de playa sureña. En el primer piso de la casa, encontrará una cocina que se abre al comedor y sala de estar. Fuera de la cocina está el lavadero. La suite principal también se encuentra en este piso. Esta villa cuenta con una sala de polvo adyacente a la sala de estar, que cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana grande y acceso a la cubierta trasera con vista a la zona de la piscina. El segundo piso tiene dos dormitorios: un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y el segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Ambos dormitorios tienen baños completos separados. Esta unidad se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de la playa. Los huéspedes de Springwood también pueden disfrutar del uso del gimnasio y del tenis gratuito que se encuentra cruzando la calle en Player's Club y Van der Meer Tennis.

The place was very nice the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the washer was messed up and couldn't be fixed before we checked out and the dryer didn't dry good either but it was a good location could walk to alot of food places and to the beach. They did send use fresh towels and extra pillows when I called and requested which was nice and they even offered to wash our clothes because the washer being messed up . We did enjoy our 5 days at this beach condo

A nice 5 day visit

It's a nice property, although we had some washer/dryer issues. A little farther to the beach (15 minute walk) than I expected. And I would have liked the listing to say that we'd be working with a vacation rental company and not the property owner.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

I had a wonderful stay here at Beachside Getaway with my family for Memorial Day Weekend. There were a few minor issues but the host was quick to respond and resolved any problems that occurred during my stay. Location of the house was near perfect, the condo felt like a home which made me and my family very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and with six of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Condo over looked the pool which was nice on days I wanted to enjoy the pool instead of the beach. Overall my trip was very good.

Great location, quiet!

Our stay at 74 Springwood was great! The property was clean and quiet. The property was also close to Coligny Plaza and things to do. Walking distance to the beach or a short bike-ride. Beachside Getaway was prompt in their replies and always friendly.

A true gem!

The entire process was flawless, from on-line booking to pre-visit communications with Beachside Getaway staff; from check-in to check-out and even after-visit followups with us. Quinn checked in with us mid-stay and was available any time we needed. We opted to purchase our own chairs, umbrella and beach wagon but had a discount code from Beachside with a local outfit just in case we wanted to rent them instead. The condo was very comfortable and the amenities made us feel right at home. 74 Sprngwood Villa will be at the top of our list when we plan next year's visit to the island!

Bang for the buck!

This property was a great value for the location and the accommodations offered. Rooms were plenty big and comfortable for our families, the kids loved the pool. The biggest factor for us choosing this property was the property’s closeness to Coligny plaza. The only downsides were the master bedroom witch was always more humid compared to the rest of the condo and the hot water didn’t last long enough for everyone to shower.

We liked everything about this condo. If you have trouble with the internet, contact the property manager. We didn’t and probably should have considering it was March Madness and the Miami Open tournaments.

Needs a serious refresh

The master bathroom is falling apart. All bathrooms look original to the build and look water damaged and stained. The area is great but not the condo.

Great location to relax!

Just far enough of the high tourist and car traffic areas to feel secluded and close enough to the beach and Coligny to be very convenient. Great place and very thoughtfully appointed and supplied. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time.

Great location for a great price

74 Springwood Villa was the perfect location it's only less than 1 mile walk to the closest public beach, shopping area, and everything that you need. the property was well maintenance and clean as described in the posting. Would recommend this villa.

Great Location!

This property was in a great location. Came down to visit family on the island for a week. Five minute walk to the new pirate ship playground and Coligny shopping plaza. Kids loved swimming in the pool, which was out our back door. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival. Already thinking about planning our next stay here!

Great Location and property for cost

This property was in a fantastic location. Very close to everything you would want or need to do while in Hilton Head. If it had been summer I could see how having the pool right there would be fantastic as well. I loved having the washer and dryer. They did have just about every kitchen item you could need which was very nice! There were just a few things I would like to mention, as they are not the best positives. There is a dip in the floor going into the kitchen which creates a dip between the flooring. I jammed my pinkie top very badly. Once I knew it was there I warned everyone and there were a few trips but no injuries. The medicine cabinet in the downstairs bathroom is pretty gross, it could be really cleaned or painted or something. I didn't want to put anything in it. Also, the heating cooling in this unit has some serious issues. Unfortunately, it is either freezing downstairs and so hot upstairs or hot upstairs and comfortable downstairs. The whole system probably needs to be updated. The company did offer to send someone over to look at it, but it is just not something that can be fixed without updating the system and unit. Other than those two things this was a great place to stay for the value and in a wonderful location. Thanks for the great stay!

Pleasant stay with easy access to everything we needed

Came down for 5 days to get away from the humdrum of virtual school. Easy access to Coligny Beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Rented bikes for the whole family and had a great time exploring HHI. Had enough space to allow kids to attend virtually and for us to get some work done from “home.” Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I know another review mentioned some things needs to be fixed, but I’ve never stayed in any property (including my own) that didn’t have something that needed to be tweaked a little. Certainly nothing that was a deal breaker. Beds were a little firm for my preference. We would stay here again.

Inaccurate location

We searched for a Shipyard property and this came up. Very disappointed with location and the property was very old and outdated. No hot water in the kitchen at all. Also not listed as a 2nd floor unit. Not worth the money
