The newly renovated interior boasts modern bathrooms, a stylish kitchen, and hardwood floors. Unwind on the rear deck with breathtaking fairway views, perfect for morning coffee or an evening sunset. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-story townhome comfortably accommodates families and groups. Master BR (king bed) & BA (tub) on first floor. 2nd floor has 2nd BR (with 2 queen beds) and loft (with twin day bed). 2nd floor BA (walk in shower) and double granite sinks. Living room has pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Three large HD flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Workstation desk in 1st floor bedroom. We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and well equipped. There was a beautiful view out the back to the golf course. The golf courses, Pickleball, ocean and pool were very close by. The host was super helpful. We loved it and we would definitely come back!

Lovely villa with a beautiful view of the golf course. Excellent communication with the host. Clean with great attention to detail and care for renter needs. Beds were super comfortable. We would rent this place again!

Who needs the ocean view… walking into this unit you are welcomed with the most amazing view of the beautiful greens and trees of the golf course. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with updated essentials (technology, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms.)The rental process was easy with great communication and information for an eventful vacation. Top of our list of summer stays!

Amazing Stay!

We had such a great stay at this condo! It was very clean and centrally located on Hilton Head Island with lots of amenities in the immediate neighborhood. We loved the convenience to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. We didn't golf, but if you did - you are literally right on the course with great views. Craig was a great host - very responsive and flexible with our questions and requests. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

Awesome experience at HH!

Property owner was extremely responsive, and the house was just in a tip top condition. It’s also a great spot specially for folks with kids, it provides a great view of the golf course. The free buggy service at this location was extremely helpful for hassle free travel up and down the beach. Overall we would wish to return back again!

Golf Course Condo Review

We had a great stay at this golf course condo. We were right on the 7th hole tee box. Very clean and bright. The neighborhood is lovely with bike and walking paths. The beach is easy to get to and beautiful. Already booking again later this Summer.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This condo is located in a great community with a ton of family friendly activities. Our family felt safe, enjoyed the pool, beach access, and shopping. The house was very clean, updated and had all the necessities for our weekend visit. The furniture was comfortable. The owner provided fans (bonus for this family!). We appreciated being able to do laundry. And we all loved eating on the deck overlooking the golf course. We will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect stay! The condo in Palmetto Dunes was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—the beds were spacious and cozy, including the memory foam sofa bed! Appreciated the extra pillows, too. We loved the easy access to biking, the lagoon, golf, tennis, and pickleball. The view from the back deck overlooking the golf course was stunning, especially at sunset—it was the perfect way to end each day. The area is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The host was super responsive and communicated everything clearly, making the whole experience seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED this condo and HHI!

We had an awesome little vacation getaway. The townhouse was spotless and bright. Especially with the large sliding glass doors looking out onto the golf course. A great place to enjoy my morning coffee - that Craig provided complimentary. The community pool just a block away was very nice and the kids loved it. We rode our bikes to the beach, which was only a short distance. I will stay again and definitely would recommend to any of my friends and family to book with Craig.

We stay in PD’s every year, sometimes twice a year. This was our first stay in this home. Though at first I was disappointed that we were farther from the beach than normal for us, we ended up enjoying the peace and quiet, away from all the hustle and bustle. We rent bikes and enjoyed our daily jaunts through Palmetto Dunes. The pool is a short bike ride away from the house. The beds were honestly amazing so comfy. House was perfectly decorated.They do not supply beach towels, or beach chairs ( you can rent them on beach fyi) we brought our own which was fine but takes up much needed space in the car. Bring your own shampoos and body washes, they do start you with small shampoo and conditioner and a body bar.. I also grabbed a laundry soap at Kroger Other than that, The home had literally Everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Host was so easy to deal with and house was sparkling clean!

Mallika, Thank you for your stay. We were disappointed by this review, particularly because in two years of hosting this is the only rating we have received that was not a 10 out of 10. Our condo is represented accurately in the listing description and photos, and many previous guests have specifically identified listing accuracy as a highlight of their experience. No concerns regarding the unit, cleanliness, condition, or value were communicated to us during the stay, which always gives us the opportunity to address any issue in real time. The only request we received was for a late checkout, which we were unable to accommodate due to a same-day arrival during a peak holiday weekend. We remain committed to responsive communication, accurate listings, and a consistently excellent guest experience. Best, Craig

I first visited Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island as a kid while on family vacation. I returned with my family a few years ago - and we decided to invest in a vacation rental property because we liked the Island so much. We love the relaxing environment with great weather and lots of activities - or to just sit back and take in the views from the back deck. We wanted a place that we could enjoy with our family and also something that other families could enjoy in the same way.

We chose this area because of its proximity to so many activities and locations: a great beach with easy access, golf, tennis, pickleball, and local eateries. It also is an easy bike ride, short drive, or FREE shuttle ride over to Shelter Cove with all of its eating and shopping options.
