Escape to a relaxing villa in the gated Palmetto Dunes community, situated directly on the Fazio Golf Course and just a 2-minute bike ride to beach access. Enjoy top-notch community amenities, including a pool, lagoon deck, tennis and pickleball courts, and scenic bike trails with rentals. The newly renovated interior boasts modern bathrooms, a stylish kitchen, and hardwood floors. Unwind on the rear deck with breathtaking fairway views, perfect for morning coffee or an evening sunset. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-story townhome comfortably accommodates families and groups. Master BR (king bed) & BA (tub) on first floor. 2nd floor has 2nd BR (with 2 queen beds) and loft (with twin day bed). 2nd floor BA (walk in shower) and double granite sinks. Living room has pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Three large HD flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Workstation desk in 1st floor bedroom. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher). Dining room and back deck (with outdoor dining furniture) and grill. Guest Access: Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a smart lock.

Who needs the ocean view… walking into this unit you are welcomed with the most amazing view of the beautiful greens and trees of the golf course. The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with updated essentials (technology, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms.)The rental process was easy with great communication and information for an eventful vacation. Top of our list of summer stays!

Amazing Stay!

We had such a great stay at this condo! It was very clean and centrally located on Hilton Head Island with lots of amenities in the immediate neighborhood. We loved the convenience to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. We didn't golf, but if you did - you are literally right on the course with great views. Craig was a great host - very responsive and flexible with our questions and requests. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

Awesome experience at HH!

Property owner was extremely responsive, and the house was just in a tip top condition. It’s also a great spot specially for folks with kids, it provides a great view of the golf course. The free buggy service at this location was extremely helpful for hassle free travel up and down the beach. Overall we would wish to return back again!

Golf Course Condo Review

We had a great stay at this golf course condo. We were right on the 7th hole tee box. Very clean and bright. The neighborhood is lovely with bike and walking paths. The beach is easy to get to and beautiful. Already booking again later this Summer.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This condo is located in a great community with a ton of family friendly activities. Our family felt safe, enjoyed the pool, beach access, and shopping. The house was very clean, updated and had all the necessities for our weekend visit. The furniture was comfortable. The owner provided fans (bonus for this family!). We appreciated being able to do laundry. And we all loved eating on the deck overlooking the golf course. We will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect stay! The condo in Palmetto Dunes was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—the beds were spacious and cozy, including the memory foam sofa bed! Appreciated the extra pillows, too. We loved the easy access to biking, the lagoon, golf, tennis, and pickleball. The view from the back deck overlooking the golf course was stunning, especially at sunset—it was the perfect way to end each day. The area is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The host was super responsive and communicated everything clearly, making the whole experience seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED this condo and HHI!

We had an awesome little vacation getaway. The townhouse was spotless and bright. Especially with the large sliding glass doors looking out onto the golf course. A great place to enjoy my morning coffee - that Craig provided complimentary. The community pool just a block away was very nice and the kids loved it. We rode our bikes to the beach, which was only a short distance. I will stay again and definitely would recommend to any of my friends and family to book with Craig.

I first visited Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island as a kid while on family vacation. I returned with my family a few years ago - and we decided to invest in a vacation rental property because we liked the Island so much. We love the relaxing environment with great weather and lots of activities - or to just sit back and take in the views from the back deck. We wanted a place that we could enjoy with our family and also something that other families could enjoy in the same way.

Palmetto Dunes is at the heart of Hilton Head Island located in the center and on a fantastic beach. We chose this area because of its proximity to so many activities and locations: a great beach with easy access, golf, tennis, pickleball, and local eateries. It also is an easy bike ride, short drive, or FREE shuttle ride over to Shelter Cove with all of its eating and shopping options.
