La casa tiene dos niveles que se conectan sólo por puertas exteriores (no hay escaleras interiores)

Nueva sala de juegos con TV LED de alta definición de 52 "con Direct TV y Apple TV, y sala de medios adyacente, armario de lavandería (con lavadora / secadora), cuatro habitaciones y dos baños. Dormitorio 1 tiene dos camas individuales. Dormitorio 2 tiene una cama queen. El dormitorio 3 es una "área de dormir con 2 camas queen en lugar de literas". Los dormitorios 1, 2 y 3 comparten un área de baño con ducha. El dormitorio 4 tiene 2 camas queen sobre reina construidas en literas, TV y sistema de juegos, baño privado con ducha.

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was so nice and clean with plenty of space for my family. The host was verry nice, responsive and helpful. The back yard had plenty of shade and beautiful views of the lake. We were even able to catch a few fish off the dock. I would definitely recommend this house for a weekend at the lake with the family.

The Inside of the house was tidy and clean. I appreciate all of the extra towels in the utility room. My elderly parents struggled to get out of the living room couches. They seem to be pretty worn out. The first night we had trouble with the TV’s, but then found the internet was unplugged. The outside is where I have issues. All along the railings by the house are spider webs. It would be nice if the 2nd story deck had been cleaned up a bit…swept, get rid of spider webs. The railings going up to the deck by the water also had spider webs. Fir the most part we enjoyed our stay. The kids love the game room and theater.

We're also sorry you experienced an issue with the TVs on your first evening. Since we weren't contacted during your stay, we weren't aware there was a problem or that the internet had become unplugged. We would have been happy to help troubleshoot or resolve it right away so you could enjoy the TVs from the start of your stay. Regarding the outdoor areas, thank you for bringing the spider webs and deck cleanliness to our attention. Being on the waterfront, spiders can build webs very quickly, especially during the warmer months. That said, we agree the decks and railings should be clean and welcoming upon arrival, and we've shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can give these areas extra attention before each guest checks in. Our group of 19 had a wonderful family weekend! We were a blend of adults and kids and everyone had a comfy bed. We also had 2 small dogs and it was easy to take them for walks. The river front can't be beat for fishing, swimming and boating. The house and kitchen were well stocked for all our needs. We truly enjoyed making memories and celebrating as a family in Kingsland!

Wonderful Family Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and 100% would stay there again. Had plenty of room and we were able to enjoy the boat lift and hot tub. We had extra cars and a boat, so we found a public boat ramp in town and stored our extra cars in town as well, so definitely recommend combining into cars. Host and Owner were responsive. Enjoy your stay!

Family Vacation

We came to lake LBJ for a family vacation with a group from a range of 1 to 70 years old. We had such a great time, it was a great location, and the sleeping accommodations were perfect! We felt safe having our kiddos there and they were able to roam around freely! We are already looking forward to our trip next year and hope we can book again!

Great Lake house

We have been going to LBJ for over 10 years now and this house was one of the best we have rented. It was very clean and had lots of space. It also had a double boat lift and that was a win for us.

Perfect getaway

Perfect spot for our getaway. Had more than enough space for us. Was nice being so close to the water. Beautiful dock area nice to lift the boat out of the water and perfect for kids to jump in and have a swim. Had a great time looking forward to returning next year!!

Perfect for big groups

Great lake house in a cool area of the lake. Super convenient that the boat ramp was right next to the house. Really nice for groups with a lot of couples since it had so many private bedrooms.

Great Get Away

The house is great! The nonstop breeze was amazing & made sitting out, over lake so enjoyable. We were unable to swim in front of house, because wakes from boats & jet skis made the waters too rough, but we had a great stay in spite of that.

Girls Weekend

We had 15 girls stay at this home it is was very nice. Well appointed with comfortable furniture, plenty of places to relax. The deck was nice to sunbathe and watch the clouds go by. I would recommend this to others! Our girls loved the ambiance, antiques and layout.
