Finca " Can Garbeta" es una casa de piedra de cantera rodeada por un bonito jardín y con una piscina de 5m x 10m de largo.



La zona exterior está rodeada de altos árboles que le ofrecerán mucha privacidad en sus vacaciones. Justo delante de la casa, hay una mesa y una barbacoa para que pueda disfrutar sus comidas al aire libre. Más adelante, hay una gran terraza con 6 tumbonas para tomar el sol y la gran piscina.



La puerta principal da acceso al comedor de la casa, con una gran mesa para hasta 6 comensales, que tiene grandes ventanas para aprovechar la luz natural. Además, hay un televisor por satélite, wifi y una chimenea. La cocina es muy amplia y está completamente equipada y también tiene salida al exterior. A continuación, hay tres habitaciones, una con dos camas individuales y dos con cama doble. Las habitaciones disponen de un armario para guardar la ropa, un ventilador portátil y un radiador eléctrico. Desde el comedor, subiendo 3 escalones llegamos a la sala de estar, con aire acondicionado, un sofá y otro televisor. Subiendo otros 3 escalones, está el baño completo con ducha.



La casa se encuentra en un entorno rural, pero a menos de 3km de la ciudad de Manacor, donde podrá ir de paso por el casco antiguo, de compras o comer en alguno de los cafés o restaurantes de la zona. También vale la pena visitar el hermoso pueblo pesquero de Porto Cristo.

Joan was a great host, providing helpful instructions and responding quickly to resolve any minor issues. It was easy to find – it’s quite remote, which was what we were looking for. Would recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this finca in Manacor. The place is truly cozy, beautiful, and very spacious exactly as shown in the photos, if not even better in person. It felt like a perfect retreat. The host was very kind and responsive, always replying quickly to our messages and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re traveling by car—it’s easy to find and access. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Mallorca and would happily come back again

A peaceful place and lovely home but I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend someone to stay here without acknowledging its drawbacks. The beds are rock hard, like spring mattresses from the 70s. The ant problem is quite out of hand no matter how diligent you are with closing doors and hiding food. The wifi did not work. The hosts are lovely and the place has so much potential.

We had a great stay at the Finca

We had a great stay at the Finca. We arrived quite late at night and the house is located off of a very quiet and dark country lane, so initially we drove past the entrance, but the maps location was correct and we followed it back to the correct entrance point and were able to find it. You will definitely need a car to get to the house. A sign post would have been helpful at the entrance of the road, but no big deal. Once inside it was easy to locate the key and let ourselves in. The house was great, had everything we needed. Clean and comfy beds. No AC, but they provided a big and powerful fan for every bedroom and even in 36 degree heat the fans were more than enough to sleep comfortably. The pool and outside area was amazing, we had most of our meals outside and made use of the lovely bbq. It is a very quiet, peaceful and private area. The Lidl and petrol station was only a 5 min drive. We would visit again and totally recommend!

The home/experience was nice

The home/experience was nice. If you're looking for a more peaceful, private home, this is the place. It's about 10 minutes from Manacor city centre. We had a couple minor/unlucky issues during our stay, but received help immediately. Everyone involved was super friendly throughout the process.

Our stay was great

Our stay was great. Joan was very responsive when we needed assistance, and checked in throughout our stay. The accomodation itself is beautiful and well maintained, a short trip from Manacor centre allowing privacy and seclusion. There was also more than enough space for our group. The pool was also a highlight, as well as the various wildlife that visited. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to other visitors in Mallorca.

We stayed for a week at Joan’s place and we had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and perfect for a bigger group with different areas to hang out. The garden is large as well and very beautiful. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxing. Would recommend to anyone!

Juan is an excellent host, communication is easy and quick: we had a small issue with the water/electricity (due to a power outtage on the island) and he was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this house to other guests!

Big pool

The garden of the house was a real oasis, with a refreshing and well-kept pool, surrounded by lush vegetation. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and garden, perfect for relaxing.

Close to some charming villages and Manacor, and a 15 minute drive from some amazing beaches. If you want to stay far from the very busy tourist part of Mallorca, this is your place to go. Joan is very helpful, always available and very kind. We will definitely come back sometime!

Great stay in Mallorca. Top rental

We had an excellent two-week stay in this magnificent Finca. Everything was really very clean. We slept very well and the exteriors are really nice, with a large swimming pool. We have been in contact with Rentallorca: Esteve and his colleague are great and really very professional. When we arrived there were tree leaves in the pool, we called Rentallorca, they came immediately to clean it and the children were able to enjoy it immediately. Our stay was very well. Thank you very much for this very good quality service which allowed us to have an excellent holiday in Mallorca.

Joan organized everything superbly

Joan organized everything superbly. In the first House at Finca Can Garbeta we had some small issues with electricity and thus also with water, cause water did not come at all without electricity. It seemed that it could take about 24 hours to fix that problem cause it was an issue from City Council Supply Source. But Joan arranged in no time another location for us so that we had an option to check out and check in again (it involved a lot of packing and unpacking again). but it was worth it, since the new location (Finca Binissalem Ses Veles) in was much better equipped and connected... It was like a palace. I would recommend this place without a second thought. And going there with a bunch of friends or families would double the fun of the place. House was clean, fully euipped and full of beautiful art pieces from the owners. The terrace on first floor was the best best part to gaze the stars at night without any light pollution. TOP!!
