House with flair, 3 terraces in the heart of Artà, flexible arrvial days

Our town house offers you for sole use from 2 people on around 130 sqm 3 floors and three roof terraces. Ground floor with a central dining kitchen and attached cool patio; From there you can reach one of our three terraces via a staircase and into the separate studio (with double bed, toilet, shower and small sink), which is also available to you when you book for more than 2 people. Our house is not suitable for children under 16 years.

In the main house you will find on the 1st First floor the bedroom with attached bathroom, toilet, shower and built-in guest wardrobe.
Over the entire 2nd On the first floor is the comfortably furnished living area with satellite TV (free-to-air continental European program), bookcase and fireplace for the winter months. From there you can reach two more terraces with a view of the city (with good visibility you can see into the bay of Canymel) or directly to the castle of Artà. Deck chairs and patio furniture are available. (The furniture of the lounge terrace and the parasols are usually set up from April to mid-October), chairs and loungers are available all year round.

Included in the booking price:
We provide you with a fully equipped house, WiFi, 1 set of towels and bed linen included. You have to bring your own beach towels! Note: if you book for two, but prefer separate bedrooms, please ask us for an additional bed in the studio (this is possible for a small fee and the increased final cleaning costs).

not Includet:
For reasons of climate protection, the use of the air conditioning system is offset against the deposit by a separate electricity meter after consumption, e.g. Zt € 0.50 / kWh. Likewise, the tourism tax decided by the island government since July 2016 in the amount of currently € 2.00 / € + VAT each day and guest offset against the deposit (and not "paid on arrival" as technically indicated in the offer).
Since June 2018, holiday guests have to be registered / logged in as usual in hotels; landlords are obliged to request ID and registration with the booking and report it to the local authority - these documents are kept for 10 years to meet legal obligations and have to be sent to us after booking and before arrival.

Important note on cancellation conditions: the respective conditions according to the rental agreement apply! (not 'no refund' as shown when booking in the portal).

In the winter months our house is only available for longer stays (starting from 2 weeks). If you have individual questions about availability or different minimum booking times such as at Christmas or New Year, please ask.

You will be welcomed on site by our house supervisor, who will show you around the house and coordinate the time of departure (check-out) with you. Please note, that ot of a regular check in time before 9.am or after 10 pm. the housekeeper is allowed to collect an additional fee 25 to 50 €, The housekeeper and we are happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Due to the general terms and conditions of FeWo, you will receive all contact details only after you have confirmed your booking.For this reason, no information about our separate website or social networks is possible.
