The property consists of a large kitchen with all amenities including kettle, toaster, basic cooking equipment etc. The dining room has six chairs. The living room is ideal for cozy nights in with one couch (which turns into a sofa bed and sleeps two), two arm chairs and smart TV complete with Netflix, Youtube etc. The upstairs has three bedrooms. The first is a single room, then the master bedroom with a super king bed ( can be split into two singles upon request) complete with a dressing table and plenty of storage and finally the en-suite room with a king sized bed. Each bedroom has hangers for clothes. As well as the ensuite there is a good sixed bathroom upstairs with a bath in it.
Brook Farm Barn is set in a lovely rural quiet location with a beautiful stream running past it. All the rooms are spacious and the property is split Across lots of different levels with steps, which adds to the character of the building.
