Charming and cozy double room, composed of a double bed, private bathroom and a window that overlooks the main street of the village. It is located on the third floor of a very central building, a few steps from the main points of interest and activities. On the fourth floor is located an amazing terrace, which is shared with the other guests, which offers an amazing view of the sea and the village. On the same floor there are glasses, cutlery, plates, cups and a kettle at guests' complete disposal.

This room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, therefore we do not accept reservations for a larger number of guests (babies included).

Tourist tax (€3 per person per night, for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights) included in the price.

Fantastic host gave great directions to location. Room was a bit smaller in person, the balcony was outside room and up a flight of stairs. Great view. Very clean. Location was absolutely perfect!

Such an amazing place to stay. Property is in close proximity to train station which made for a way less exhausting entrance into cinque terre the host provided a lot of resources for the city and he was very kind and responsive. Hotel is close to the beach and you get an amazing view from the rooftop. 10/10 recommend this accommodation, great location, easy check in/check out, and comfortable.

The perfect spot

Excellent location. We were able to explore all 5 towns as well as complete the picturesque hike along the coast. Excellent host.

What a gem of a place

With so many steep stairs in Riomaggiore, we were happy this place was at the lower end of the village. Great rooftop terrace, where we spent the afternoons just watching the ferry’s and the people come and go. Plenty of good places to eat near by.

Great Apartment - Great Location

This apartment is very close to the waterfront. There is a fantastic view from the rooftop terrace (shared with other tenants, but no one was ever out there). One bedroom studio.

Gorgeous little place!

The apartment is very clean, very well located for restaurants and train. Down 20 steps and walk 15 seconds to reach the ocean, wow! The locals are wonderful and many shops offer locally sourced groceries. Train ride from any of the 5 cities is about 4min, so worth visiting. Bring your own wine to your roof too terrace and watch the sun set.

Fantastic property with easy 5 minute walk to train station.

My wife and I spent four nights and three days in Riomaggiore using this location as a base for our day trips hiking between villages. The apartment could not have been any closer to the train station and there were absolutely no hills to climb to get there. Amazing restaurants were just a few minutes walk and we were even able to enjoy the rooftop terrace to enjoy an afternoon coffee and snack. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a bonus and well appreciated as things dried quite quickly. The property manager was easy to reach and extremely obliging.I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody who is looking for a convenient yet affordable place to put their head down at the end of an adventurous day exploring!

Perfect location

Our host David is amazing, he was accurate with all the questions and his responses to our emails where prompt. He even arranged for a car spot (paid) for the 3 days we were there which is very helpful. He met us on arrival, helped with parking and walked us to the accommodation. Be prepared from a steep trip (up and back) and some stairs. The room was well placed and the roof top terrace was a bonus. We would highly recommend this property.

Review

I wanted something close to the train station for ease of getting around. This was maybe too close as we could hear the train from our room. The train stops around 11:30 so it wasn't that big a deal for us but something to be aware of. Also, it is literally on the main street, so the garbage people emptied the garbage from the restaurants in the morning, it was lloud. The room itself was great. We were in room 3 which is on the top floor, the stairs were steep so be aware of that if you have mobility issues or are brining a lot of luggage. The rooftop patio was lovely and had a great view. We didn't have hot water the first morning but it was fixed very quickly. Nice hosts.
